For a position substantiation about mental structures as carriers of properties of the subject influence of factors (in our case of indicators of a maturity of conceptual structures) on a number dependent variable (indicators of special abilities of chemists) is necessary to estimate Communications of indicators of a maturity of conceptual structures of chemistry and indicators of chemical abilities.
Experimental sample – 372 students of the second year of chemical faculty trained at the same teachers. One subgroup of students acquires knowledge quickly, easily and strongly, they differ high working capacity, rate at the decision of various chemical problems. Other subgroup acquires knowledge slowly, hardly and unsteadily, the decision of chemical problems causes fast fatigue in them, working capacity is lost, errors grow, rate of ideational activity decreases, for rest they are switched to other kinds of activity.

As not all indicators corresponded to normal distribution of signs and homogeneity of dispersions we used, besides ANOVA, its nonparametric analogue – Jonckheere-Terpstra Test (a).

Empirical data has allowed to tap significant change of indicators of special chemical abilities under the influence of gradation of indicators of a maturity of conceptual structures of chemistry (time of chemical differentiations):

1) the factor «time of a simple differentiation» (ANOVA) – dependent variables: indicators of rate of coding of digits signs on chemical elements (р1=0,022; р2=0,005; р3=0,08); «long-term memory volume» (р=0,045); «a chemical orientation of mind» (р=0,003); «chemical arms» (р=0,034); «the general chemical abilities» (р=0,034);

2) the factor «time of a difficult differentiation» (ANOVA) – dependent variables: indicators «progress on chemical disciplines» (р=0,032); rate of coding of digits signs on chemical elements (р2=0,001); «long-term memory volume on the difficult chemical information» (р=0,047), «ability to carry out chemical calculations» (р=0,05), «interest to chemistry» (р=0,007);

3) the factor «time of the most complicated differentiation» (Jonckheere-Terpstra Test (a)): the time of distinction of stimulus-objects, the above success of development of chemical disciplines (J-T = – 2,086 less; р=0,037), efficiency of memory («volume of short-term acoustical memory on a group locating of elements») (J-T = – 2,713 there is more; р=0,007), above indicators of chemical intuition (J-T = – 2,499; р=0,014);

4) the factor «time of differentiation of stimulus« an oxidizer – reducer »(Jonckheere-Terpstra Test (a)): the the structures taking signs of oxidation-reduction properties of substances (less time of reaction of a difficult choice), the above progress indicators on chemical disciplines» (J-T = – 2,488 are is better generated; р=0,013), volume short-term (J-T = – 2,034; р=0,042) and a long-term memory on the chemical information (J-T = – 2,092; р=0,036), chemical intuition (J-T = – 2,161; р=0,031), chemical a mind orientation (J-T = – 2,317; р=0,02), chemical tongue (J-T = – 1,961; р=0,05), chemical thinking (J-T = – 2,111; р=0,035), abilities to carry out chemical calculations (J-T = – 2,743; р=0,006); the general chemical abilities (J-T = – 2,299; р=0,022);

5) the factor «number of the generated schemes of is qualitative-quantitative problems of chemistry» (Jonckheere-Terpstra Test (a)): the the structures taking signs of sample problems of chemistry, the above progress on chemical disciplines (J-T = 5,944 are is better generated; р=0,000), volume of short-term memory on group (J-T = 2,043 there is more; р=0,041), periodic (J-T = 2,004; р=0,045) a locating of elements and on elements in any order (J-T = 2,388; р=0,017); it is more volume of long-term chemical memory (J-T = 4,054; р=0,000); above indicators of "chemical intuition» (J-T = 5,181; р=0,000), «a chemical orientation of mind» (J-T = 2,408; р=0,016), «chemical thinking» (J-T = 2,003; р=0,045); «abilities to carry out chemical calculations» (J-T = 2,683; р=0,007); «interest to chemistry» (J-T = 3,016; р=0,003); « The general chemical abilities »(J-T = 2,070; р=0,038); abilities to code the chemical information by means of chemical signs and symbols (J-T = 2,097; р=0,036).

The obtained data allow to speak about conceptual structures of chemistry as the mental carrier of special abilities of chemists.
