In the first paragraph« the Understanding and behaviour »are analysed the teoretiko-psychological bases of communication of understanding and behaviour. The question on possibility of forecasting of behaviour of the person is brought up, considering character of understanding by it of a situation.

Successfully to predict behaviour of the person in a certain situation, it is necessary to consider how he interprets this situation, its elements, understands it as whole. Besides, it is necessary to analyze specificity of perception and understanding of and the possibilities, knowledge, belief and skills, to estimate aspirations and intentions, strategic parcels, objective circumstances. It is necessary to consider not only psychological components of the person, but also moral standards, and also judgements about significant situations, i.e. to estimate representations of the person about sense of own behaviour.

Our research is spent in frameworks germenevticheskoj paradigms of research of mentality to which there corresponds understanding type - understanding-interpretation (V.V. Znakov, 2008). The Understanding-interpretation arises at the subject as a result of reference understood to any certain category expressing this or that state of affairs, value, norm, sense, etc. In this case sense of the statement depends not only from objectively told, but also on subjective ways of "decoding" of the purposes speaking, the tsennostno-semantic equipments of the listener, inducing it to carry out interpreting by the reference to a certain category.
