In the sixth chapter reveals the maintenance of phenomena «akmeologicheskoe formation» and «akmeologicheskoe development», conditions and factors akmeologicheskogo becomings and developments of polyethnic competence of subjects of formation are analyzed, ways of optimisation of ethnic potential by means of akmeologicheskih programs for all participants of educational process (pupils and their parents, students, the future experts of formation, teachers) are developed.

Amkeologichesky formation is surveyed as process of mastering by the person akmeologicheskih and the ethnopsychological equipments, values, traditions which allow the person to adapt adequately and productively to function in polyethnic medium. Akmeologichesky development is understood as the natural, referred qualitative change and formation of the person. In etnoakmeologii programs akmeologicheskogo developments are referred not only and not so much on professional achievements, how many on development of polyethnic culture, competence of subjects of formation.

It becomes perceptible, that the ethnic unity of any people is bound to a generality of its mentality (A.P.Sadohin, T.G.Grushevitsky), and psychological features of representatives of different ethnoses should leave traces on interaction and dialogue in an education sphere. Conditions akmeologicheskogo developments of subjects of fundamental formation which the polyethnic medium concerns, social vosstrebovannost in polyprofessionals, presence akmeologicheskih the programs focused on polyethnic training of the future experts of formation in high schools and at courses of improvement of qualification of experts, and also at school for subjects of formation of all age are in detail surveyed.

Are taped and described etnoakmeologicheskie the factors influencing efficiency of author's system of activity of the expert of formation: 1. Knowledge the expert of psychology of development of children and polyethnic laws of a collective life of a class, the account age and individually - ethnic features of schoolboys. 2. Reflectively-pertseptivnye abilities of the teacher to designing of situations of interpersonal interaction. 3. Highly/enough developed emotional intelligence and ethnic tolerance. 4. akmeologicheskogo developments of subjects of polyethnic formation concern factors training process, ethnic mutual relations, pedagogical professional work as metaactivity.

It becomes perceptible, that the primary goal author's akmeologicheskih programs – to develop and fix in consciousness of the person as the representative of certain ethnos demanded necessity for self-knowledge, self-development and self-creation.

On the basis of the carried out teoretiko-empirical research are developed and adapted a scientifically-practical platform and akmeologicheskie programs for all subjects of formation.

The scientifically-practical platform «Polyethnic competence of an elementary school» (n=27) the purpose has: development in children and teachers of representation about a variety of ethnocultures, development of skills of cooperation and ethnic tolerance; creation of preconditions of education of rising generation on a nonviolent basis, respect of the rights and advantages of other people, on the basis of grazhdansko-patriotic education. The program is calculated on 3 years of training in an elementary school (1-3 classes).

The purpose akmeologicheskoj programs «Ethnic tolerance of the younger schoolboy» was acquaintance with concepts "tolerance", «the tolerant person», «ethnic tolerance»; discussion of implications of tolerance and intolerantnosti in a society, working off of practical abilities of ethnic interaction.

Efficiency akmeologicheskih programs in an elementary school is confirmed by following results: to the greatest degree positive changes have occurred in the tendency to etnoreljativizmu as 24 children (85,1 %) (against 74 % in the beginning experiment) by results show the positive ethnic identity bound to a recognition of equality and self-value of each ethnic group, and in behavioural aspect - show ethnic tolerance at interaction with each other, in an establishment of interethnic contacts.
Pupils of an elementary school also "have softened" the positions on an ethnodominance (6 people (22,2 %) prior to the beginning and 3 people (7,4 %) after the experiment termination), that shows leaving from the negative tendency to submission, suppression of representatives of other ethnoses. The augmentation on an axis of assimilation towards ethnoconformism is bound by that in group of schoolboys of other nationalities there were 2 persons who show that noncritical readiness to obey to the majority and to accept norms of the Russian culture in which territory they live. Mathematical processing of results of studying of tendencies of ethnic identity before experiment was carried out by means of criterion of signs G (criterion the Poppy-nemara): Gэмп = 0, Gкр = 3 (at r? 0,01); Gэмп < Gкр. Следовательно, сдвиг в сторону позитивных этнических тенденций может считаться достоверным.

Thus, the analysis of results has shown, that realisation akmeologicheskoj programs of development of polyethnic competence and ethnic tolerance of younger schoolboys has a positive take. The carried out research has proved expediency of introduction in teaching and educational process of an elementary school of programs «Polyethnic competence of an elementary school» and «Ethnic tolerance of the younger schoolboy».

For the purpose of development of ethnic tolerance of teenagers the program which is calculated on 5 - 6 occurrings for 4 hours has been developed akmeologicheskaja and includes methods socially-psychological and akmeologicheskogo trainings, cultural assimiljator. The Akmeologichesky program «Ethnic tolerance of the teenager» (n=23) the purpose has development of fastness to conflicts and behavioural deviations, priderzhivanie rules of dialogue with cultural values, comprehension unversalnosti the basic human values and ideals, development of high level of the social trust, adequate forms of behaviour (self-knowledge and ability tolerantly to perceive about itself the information from others), observation, ability to render and accept attention signs. At program realisation psychophysiological features of the teenage period were considered.

By results of application akmeologicheskoj programs «Ethnic tolerance of teenagers» the estimation of features of implication of psychological qualities of the person before and after the program, the teenagers referred on integration in polyethnic medium and development of their ethnic consciousness has been spent. Results show positive changes, which are observed in the tendency to etnoreljativizmu (from 67 % to 77,2 %) and to depression of a share of the respondents showing the tendency to an ethnodominance (from 23,7 % to 16,2 %).

To a positive effect of employment testify and the talks given after their termination with examinees and their questioning. All without an exception teenagers have shown interest to tolerance questions – intolerantnosti, have noted an urgency of the given theme in daily polyethnic dialogue. During employment special interest was caused by discussion of questions of discrimination and human rights, ethnosocial specificity of the Pskov area, adjustment of social and economic and cultural contacts, first of all, with the countries Northern and the Western Europe. Results have shown, that many teenagers consider, that each person is tolerant and that it is necessary to bring up this quality in people. The important event akmeologicheskoj programs, according to examinees, were joint discussions of concrete situations of interaction (cultural assimiljator) which have helped to open the person, it is better to learn itself and the partner in dialogue, and also the conducted lessons as participants of the program have noted, were really very useful and can be useful in an adult life, in real dialogue. Thus, results of the carried out research allow to declare, that akmeologicheskie programs are an effective remedy of development of the person of teenagers.

The purpose akmeologicheskoj programs «Ethnic tolerance of parents» was: development of adequate representations of parents about various cultures and psychological features of their carriers, development of positive ethnic identity, comprehension of own role in translation and fastening of ethnic stereotypes, povyshennie senzitivnosti to implication ethnic and a racial discrimination, sovladanie with stress, vital crises and conflicts in ethnic relations, rising of level of consciousness and responsibility both for the acts, and for acts of own children.

The analysis of empirical data has shown, that productivity akmeologicheskoj programs «Ethnic tolerance of parents», first of all, was showed by a disactualization at participants of the program ethnic hypo-and hyperidentity. Significant depression of indicators is received on ethnoisolationism scales (with 13 to 9 points — at Russian, with 9 to 7 points - at representatives of other nationalities), ethnoegoism (with 14 to 11 points and 7 to 4 points accordingly), national fanaticism (with 12 to 7 points at Russian and 11 to 7 points at representatives of other ethnic groups), ethnonihilism (with 13 to 10 points at Russian and with 8 to 7 at parents of other nationalities). Dynamics of ethnotendencies of parents is presented on fig. 15.

During realisation akmeologicheskoj effort programs have been referred on development in parents of the polyethnic competence including development as skills of intercultural dialogue, and sotsiokulturnyh the strategy, allowing to overcome inevitable ethnic conflicts; development of the positive relation to and to another ethnic to groups; development of a social susceptibility, trust, empathy, ability to auscultate to other person; training to intercultural understanding and tolerant behaviour in polyethnic relations. Certainly, it is necessary to consider, that level of tolerance for parents is a derivative of a considerable quantity of factors – mass-media, to activity of public authorities, dynamics of mutual relations between ethnoses, etc. Actually depression hypo-and hyperidentical tendencies in ethnic consciousness of participants of the program promoted development of frictionless polyethnic interaction and tolerance. The statistical importance of differences of average value was checked by means of t-criterion Stjudenta at r = 0,05.

Thus, the program «Ethnic tolerance of parents» plays the important role in development of positive ethnic identity and the ethnotolerant relation of parents. As the family pawns bases polietnichnosti the child optimisation of a parent position as subjects of polyethnic formation is necessary.

The carried out research has allowed to define psihologo-pedagogical conditions of development of polyethnic competence in the course of training in high school of students, the future experts of formation that has formed the basis for working out of the passport of the professional intrahigh school polyethnic competence: « Ability and readiness for polyethnic interaction, self-improvement and self-correction in polyethnic medium ». On the basis of the given competence the program of development of professional polyethnic competence« Ethnic tolerance of youth »is developed akmeologicheskaja. The analysis of efficiency of the program is carried out: the data received in experimental group, qualitatively differ from results of control group that specifies in efficiency of including akmeologicheskoj the program developing experience of ethnic tolerance, based on the account as individually-personal, and cultural-kognitivnyh and behavioural features of students as future central subjects of educational process, promotes formation and development of polyethnic competence of the future experts of formation.

Development of polyethnic competence of students in training in high school represents the difficult process assuming systematic development of all its components. For the purpose of complex development of polyethnic competence of students have been developed and introduced in work of faculty of psychology of the Pskov state pedagogical university of S.M. Kirov following author's programs: 1) the Subject matter «Akmeologichesky development of the person of the future expert of formation»; 2) Akmeologichesky training sovladajushchego behaviour in polyethnic interaction; 3) Akmeologichesky training of emotional intelligence; 4) the Round table «Ethnic tolerance in modern formation». Efficiency of introduction of the given programs in process of training of students is proved by statistically-mathematical methods.

The analysis of results of developing experiment has shown, that respondents of experimental group in comparison with respondents of control group had appreciable changes on the basic indicators characterising a level of development of polyethnic competence. Reliability of results was defined by t-criterion Stjudenta. The comparative analysis of results of development of polyethnic competence of students is presented in table 2.

Positive changes of a level of development of polyethnic competence in larger degree became perceptible in such structural components, as emotionally-strong-willed, differentsialno-psychological and socially-psychological competence. It is possible to ascertain, that the academic training in high schools has no specific orientation on development of polyethnic competence and its emotionally-strong-willed potential, on formation of ethnocultural mentality and sovladajushchego behaviour in sphere of polyethnic interaction. In the course of training, under author's programs (discipline for choice, trainings), at students high level of all components of polyethnic competence has developed. The given indicators are statistically authentic (fig. 16).

Are developed and realised akmeologicheskie programs for experts of formation within the limits of improvement of professional skill: «Ethnic tolerance of experts of formation», spetsseminar: «Akmeologichesky development of the person in polyethnic formation», round tables «Ethnic tolerance in modern formation», «Development of emotional intelligence of the teacher», etc., are carried out individual consultations of experts of formation on problems polietnichnosti.

It is possible to draw a conclusion, that efficiency of realisation of author's system of activity has empirically proved to be true, they can be used in formation as effective remedies of optimisation of formation and development of polyethnic competence of subjects of formation.
