we also had been carried out repeated research on construction of group akme-space of professional work of management after participation of members of group in akmeologicheskom training of a programmno-target orientation.
Research has been spent with use of the same methodical agents that was necessary for maintenance of comparability of results. The assumption that one of effects of training is change of a configuration of subject akme-space of professional work was a hypothesis of the present research. Mainly, us negative correlation between two groups of abilities (conditionally communicative and organising) interested taped by us at the previous stage (rice 7 see.) Received interpreting as implication of technological incompatibility between these abilities of professionals.

The reasons of the given technological incompatibility (or malosovmestimosti) could, in our opinion consist in the following: in rigid definiteness of semantic sphere of the person (as the bases of "vertical" unity of activity) professionals and the corresponding organisation of emotional sphere of the person setting conservatism of professional work and blocking implication in it of this or that complex of abilities; in technological discrepancy of the abilities assuming simultaneous fulfilment malosovmestimyh of actions; in features of those relations which have developed in labour collectives and did not allow to organise their work at corresponding level of efficiency.

We believed further, that enrichment of an arsenal of abilities of participants of a seminar by the psychotechnologies referred on change of personal motivation and management by the emotional condition, on the organisation of interpersonal and business communications will allow graduates to define more clearly for itself the activity purposes to motivate on their achievement, more freely to address to all arsenal of abilities available for them, to use communicative technologies in the daily activity for the organisation of interpersonal relations on the manufacture, conformed to the purposes of their professional work more activly. At the same time realisation during training as uniform anthropotechnical system tim-bildingovyh procedures, and also conditions for occurrence of deep interpersonal contact between participants, and also the most examination procedure translating mastered actions in conditions of a real life of people - allowed us to hope that the communicative skills developed during training will be included in real professional work of managers and are adapted by them for its conditions.

In tongue of subject model of professional work it would mean such change of style of activity of professionals-managers at which essential reduction of negative correlation as between these two groups of abilities would be observed, and as a whole on a set of elements, i.e. there would be no new negative ligaments between various complexes of psychotechnologies.
It would mean, that we managed to untie two bound before the factor and thus to give to the professional the big freedom in choosing between technologies of realisation of professional work available for it.

More low we result the basic results of the given research.

The table of the main things a component (Tab. 1 see.), received in the same way, i.e. rejection of all the component with a dispersion is less 2, gives us in this case six main things a component that speaks about augmentation of dimension of akme-space with 4 to 6 measured.

The table of projections of vectors of actions on factorial axes (Tab. 3 see.) shows, that, first, and the core separation of elements into groups of the main things a component that speaks about fastness of their communications has remained. Secondly, we can notice, that the second group of elements has lost negative correlation with the first, having turned thus in the independent factor which elements have no significant projections to an axis of the first factor. Besides, as a whole the quantity of negative correlations under all table that is expressed also in allocation of one more factor as an independent axis, additional measurement of akme-space was reduced.

The obtained data, thus, testify that as a result of training complexes of abilities are improved not only separate professional abilities, at the expense of including in them of effective psychotechnologies, and, but undergo measurements and characteristics of integrity of all professional work. On the basis of the received data we can assert, that complex realisation treningovyh procedures has effect of perfection of the relation of professionals to an arsenal of their own abilities, promotes putting off of such formations in structure of the subject of professional work which block introduction in real activity of a various sort of the mastered abilities, leads to transformation of a configuration of akme-space of professional work, takes out negative (blocking) communications between various groups of abilities and to augmentation of dimension of akme-space, i.e. to formation of new degrees of freedom of the operating subject.

So, in this case it is possible to speak about transformation of 4-dimensional professional work in 6-dimensional, about granting to professional shots of management of new subject degrees of freedom in a choice and realisation of various methods of the decision of professional problems.

The given result could be reached only thanks to primary orientation akmeologicheskogo training of a programmno-target orientation as complex akmeologicheskogo the project on a reconstruction and professional work development as integrated phenomenon in what essential difference of the given complex from similar to it treningovyh systems of perfection of professional skill consists.
