For the decision of tasks in view in research have been used three groups of methods: theoretical methods (historiographic, comparative, ordering and kontseptualizatsii scientific ideas, modelling); the methodical program of the empirical research which have included ascertaining and forming experiments with use of psychodiagnostic techniques and questionnaires: A.Mehrabiana's questionnaires «motivation of achievement» and «Motivation affiliatsii», «Level of the subjective control» E.F.Bazhina, etc., «MSTAT» D.Makklejna in E.G.Lukovitsky's adaptations, scales «Readiness for risk» a questionnaire «ЛФР-25» T.V. Kornilovoj, questionnaires «Prognostic ability» L.A.Regush, «the Individual measure of reflexivity of the person» A.V.Karpova, "TSOR" T.S.Kabachenko, risunochnogo frustratsionnogo S.Rozentsvejga's test, author's updating of the questionnaire of A.D.Karnysheva

«A poverty/oof explanation», the modified scales of the questionnaire «My vital prospect» of E.A.Misko and N.V.Tarabrinoj, the questionnaire «Moral estimation of money» of E.I.Gorbachevoj and A.B.Kuprejchenko, the author's questionnaire «Appeal of enterprise activity», the questionnaire of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Ulyanovsk area "PNP" agrarian and industrial complex Development by "population eyes»; methods of processing and interpreting of results: the God-send-uitni U-criterion, the Sign-test, correlation method Spirmena, the cluster and factorial analysis, a method of plural regress with use of software packages «Statistika 8,0» and «SSPS13 for Windows», the comparative analysis, interpretatsionnyj a method, graphic methods of representation of the received data).

Investigation phases: the First, preparatory stage (2001-2004), consisted in the analysis of the foreign and domestic proceedings devoted to business, working out of conceptual model LGPD. The second stage (2004-2006) has been devoted working out of teoretiko-methodological base of ascertaining experiment, its organisation, interpreting of the received results. The third stage (2006-2011) included modelling of formation LGPD of the student in its training in high school, working out of technology of formation LGPD in educational process, carrying out of forming experiment, processing and interpreting of the received data, a writing of dissertational work.

The empirical base of research was defined by its plan and the methodical program. The empirical component of dissertational research is presented by two parts: empirical check of the developed conceptual model on a material of agrarian businessmen (five series) and the forming experiment referred on check of efficiency of developed technology, consisting of two stages (three series). As a whole 2419 persons have taken part in research as examinees and respondents. Students of high school (460 persons), teachers of high school (140 persons), the landowners involved in sphere of agrarian business have taken part in various series of empirical researches: principals of not state agrarian enterprises, farmers, experts negosu

The donative agrarian enterprises, owners of personal part-time farms (only 1819 persons of different age and a floor).
