1. To prove necessity of working out akmeologicheskoj concepts of professional formation of teachers of the higher school taking into account the system analysis of a condition of a readiness and methodological approaches to a problem of research, the interdisciplinary and empirical analysis akmeologicheskoj essence of stages of studied process.


2. To define set of criteria, indicators and levels of professional formation of teachers of the higher school.

3. To develop akmeologicheskuju the concept of professional formation of teachers of the higher school (principles, model, algorithm, technologies, mechanisms, strategy, dependences, patterns, conditions and optimisation factors).

4. To tap structure akmeologicheskoj mediums and its influence on efficiency of professional formation of teachers of the higher school.

5. To establish experimental by akmeologicheskie strategy, dependences and patterns of professional formation of teachers of the higher school.

6. To define conditions, factors and directions of optimisation of professional formation of teachers of the higher school with use akmeologicheskih technologies and forming experiment.

7. To formulate the scientifically-practical references referred on optimisation of process of professional formation of teachers of the higher school.
