2. To analyse the psychological maintenance of concept of "difficulty", to tap typology of difficulties in formation of professionalism of the teacher.

To tap features of the person the teachers influencing occurrence of difficulties in the course of formation of professionalism.

4. To investigate dynamics and psychological mechanisms of overcoming by the teacher of difficulties in the course of professionalism formation.

5. To define psychological conditions of optimisation of process of overcoming by the teacher of difficulties in professionalism formation.

6. To introduce the results received during research in the form of special training courses, programs, educational and methodical grants, techniques on a studied problem.

The teoretiko-methodological base of research was made by scientific positions about development of the person (K.A.Abulhanova-Slavskaja, B.G.Ananev, L.S.Vygotsky, V.V.Davidov, A.N.Leontev, B.F.Lomov, A.V.Petrovsky, S.L.Rubinshtejn, D.B.Elkonin); patterns of formation of professionalism (F.N.Gonobolin, A.A.Derkach, N.V.Kuzmina, A.K.Markova, L.M.Mitina, V.A.Slastenin, etc.); search of algorithms of productive formation of the JA-concept of the professional (V.G.Zazykin, P.A.Korchemnyj, etc.); difficulties as an indicator of efficiency of activity (N. V.Kuzmin, L.V.Ivantsova, V.V.Dijanova, etc.); optimisation of vocational training and conditions of realisation of successful professional work (J.K.Babansky, A.V.Zeer, V.A.Shadrikov, etc.) ; Development of the person of the teacher in the course of pedagogical activity (Z.A.Malkova, V.D.Nikandrov, L.I.Novikova, T.S.Poljakova, L.S.Podymova V.A.Slastenin and dr).
