the Given dissertational research is interdisciplinary, based on modern pedagogical, psychological, akmeologicheskih and socially-professional concepts. The concept of formation of professional competence of students and experts with use of computer technologies and methods of imitating modelling on the basis of new technological and substantial maintenance of uchebno-research-and-production integration is developed psihologo-akmeologicheskaja.

It is established, that the basic strukturoobrazujushchimi components of professional competence of the expert with the higher technical education are: differentsialno-psychological, socially-psychological, autopsihologicheskaja, akmeologicheskaja, administrative, special and information-technological competence.

Levels of development of professional competence are defined and are substantially psychologically characterised: minimum, low, average, high, the highest, characterised by dynamics of changes of corresponding professional work from realisation of unequivocal algorithms and instructions before mastering by system obshcheinzhenernyh knowledge, creativity and initiative formation.

The educational system of the organisation of professionally focused independent work of students in which the unity and continuity of its purposes is provided, "spiraleobraznoe" development of the basic components of professional competence, gradual mastering by professional models of the activity promoting formation of professional competence is developed.

The general is developed for technical colleges model of construction of educational system of professionally focused creative independent work of the students, considering mastering by professional models of activity and development of professional competence.

Generalisation of the received results has allowed to develop strategy of development of professional competence at students in the course of performance of creative independent work. The basic lines of this strategy: 1) a concrete definition of the purposes of activity of students in each kind of creative independent work and working out of the scheme of interaction of the purposes, an overall objective of educational system providing achievement; 2) working out of the general approach to system of the tasks modelling creative activity of students and providing development of professional competence; 3) association of tasks in system on the basis of educational, scientific and professional unity; 4) formation of the basic demands to system of the tasks carrying out developing and training functions and promoting overcoming by students of difficulties at mastering by professional abilities; 5) a choice of the certain form of the organisation of work of students; Such successful form are student's design offices where thanks to an optimum combination of collective and individual ways of the decision of professional problems good conditions for formation of organising and communicative abilities are framed, positive motives of activity and development of professional competence.

It is defined, that the basic patterns of effective process of formation of professional competence of system of uchebno-research-and-production integration are the unity and an optimum combination of research and industrial problems, a motivational and informative context of determination, an optimum combination in methods of training and development of a trade of figurative and verbal components, unity of individual and collectively-command forms of the organisation of industrial practice activity, construction of purposeful and at the same time flexible algorithm educational and production.

It is established, that by the objective factors promoting formation of professional competence at the organisation of independent work of students, are: 1) the organisation of system of continuous improvement of professional skill of experts; 2) involving of employees in managerial process; 3) investments into researches, introduction of innovative technologies; 4) introduction of system of a quality management; 5) the organisation of command work; 6) introduction of strategic management methods; 7) an information openness, creation of a control system by knowledge in the organisation.

The subjective factors integrating elements of models of competence and providing efficiency of professional work of the expert in innovative manufacture, following professionally important qualities act: the qualities reflecting the relations to work (responsibility, working capacity, conscientiousness, orientation to quality and result of activity); the qualities characterising style of behaviour and activity (purposefulness, sense of duty, flexibility of behaviour, initiative); the qualities concerning engineering-organising activity (innovatsionnost, organising abilities, resource management, the work organisation in a command, the system approach to the decision of problems, a professional knowledge, a breadth of vision); socially-psychological qualities (work in a command, loyalty, flexibility of behaviour, business dialogue, social permeability); emotionally-strong-willed qualities (persistence, self-checking, resoluteness).

It is shown, that mastering by professional models of activity is promoted by performance by students in the course of creative independent work of real tasks in the conditions of an industrial situation in which the wide class of problems dares in scientific personnel of experts and students of different specialities. Association of collective and individual ways of the decision of professionally significant problems is successfully provided in student's design office.
Thus there is an expansion of number of informative and social motives of activity of students.

It is established, that as the important condition of development of professional competence of the expert integration of systems "high school", "technopark", "manufacture" acts.

The system of the psihologo-pedagogical methods forming professional competence of experts is framed, and its efficiency is experimentally proved. This system is focused on self-development and formation wide common cultural and obshcheprofessionalnoj bases of the person, it includes: scientific methods (independent carrying out of researches); modelling methods (imitating models, modelling of industrial situations); visual teaching methods (figurative display with use of agents of a machine drawing,); practical methods (independent performance by students hozdogovornyh works).

On use of agents of imitating modelling and computer technologies the system of tasks based on intersubject communications is developed for formation of professional competence. This system includes: 1) tasks for development of creative independent work of students with the account evoljutsionirovanija images from is sensual-evident to symbolical various degree obobshchennosti it is immediate in the course of imitating modelling; 2) tasks for development of the basic components of professional competence and training to effective methods of work in a command, formations of a command and the managements of a work collective constructed by a modular principle and calculated for all period of training, trade and improvement of professional skill development.

The system of scientific principles promoting optimum training to methods of modelling is proved and realised: a principle sistemnosti and integrity, problematical character, a creative orientation, positive motivation, a continuity and postupatelnosti formations, unities of an individualization and socialisation.

Professionally significant qualities of the person of the expert, providing success of professional work are allocated: responsibility, purposefulness, persistence, initiative, readiness for business dialogue, conscientiousness, sense of duty, tolerance, loyalty, organising abilities, resource management and the organisation of command work, objectivity, a social insight. At the organisation of system of continuous vocational training in high school and on manufacture it is necessary to pay attention to formation of these qualities.

The developed disadvantages of the organisation of creative independent work in which absence of the system approach and continuity of the purposes of activity of students in course designing is quite often observed, NIRS and degree designing are taped. An excessive individualization to those of tasks and methodically unreasonable use of computer technologies (KT) lead to that dialogue between students in the course of work performance practically is absent. Use in educational process KT without the big role of figurative components in thinking of the person complicates the analysis of the received results and negatively affects development of creative thinking in students.

It is shown, that structural components of educational system Creative independent work of students at the traditional organisation exist separately from functional components. Absence of unity of the purposes of an academic year project, uchebno - and research works and the degree project, uncertainty of the basic concepts, nedouchyot teachers of formation of functional components of system leads to the spontaneous organisation of creative independent work of students, therefore its possibilities by preparation of experts are used not completely. Absence of unity of the intermediate purposes of educational system negatively affects formation of professional competence at students, in some cases students do not understand the practical importance of work performed by them, there are negative motives, activity of students becomes uzkomotivirovannoj.

It is established, that one of ways of elimination of existing disadvantages of preparation of experts for modern manufacture is the organisation of process of the training, considering: 1) features of activity of the engineer in modern high technology manufacture and the difficulties having at students at mastering by professional abilities; 2) gradual mastering by professional models of activity at performance in an academic year project uchebno - both research works and the degree project of system of the interconnected tasks providing "spiraleobraznoe" formation of professional abilities; 3) a combination of individual forms of activity in TSR from the group; 4) earlier professional orientation in TSR; 5) the problem character of tasks promoting development of informative activity; 6) the referred formation of the motives promoting success of professional work; 7) in tasks for TSR – development of figurative components of thinking in students; 8) the referred development in TSR professional competence.
