the First stage (1998-2004гг.) – the purpose was the theoretical substantiation psihologo-akmeologicheskoj concepts as bases etnoakmeologii formations, empirical revealing psihologo-akmeologicheskih features of subjects of polyethnic educational medium.


Has been carried out istoriko - the critical analysis of approaches of domestic and foreign researchers to understanding of phenomena ethnic potentsiiala, polyethnic competence, polyethnic formation and akmeologicheskogo becomings and developments of its subjects.

Are taped psihologo-akmeologicheskie features of polyethnic competence of teachers of educational medium of of Pskov and the Pskov area.

Empirical research of ethnic features of pupils of a younger, average and senior link of training of of Pskov and the Pskov area is carried out. Are developed and adapted akmeologicheskie programs «Ethnic tolerance» for pupils, parents, students, experts of formation. The program of a scientifically-practical platform «Polyethnic competence of an elementary school» is developed.

The second stage (2005-2007гг.) – the purpose was research of polyethnic competence of experts of formation and students - the future experts, working out akmeologicheskoj programs of polyethnic competence for students, the future experts of formation.

The comparative analysis of a level of development of polyethnic competence of teachers of of Pskov and the Pskov area, of Vitebsk (Byelorussia), by of Narva (Estonia) and Daugavpils (Latvia) is carried out.

The subject matter for choice «Akmeologichesky development of the person of the future expert of formation» (2006-2007 uch.g is developed and introduced in training of students at the Pskov pedagogical university.).

The program of a scientifically-practical platform «Polyethnic competence of an elementary school» on the basis of MOU «Humanitarian lycée» is realised by of Pskov.

At the third stage (2007-2009гг.) - the purpose was revealing psihologo-akmeologicheskih ethnic features of students, the future experts of formation living in different polyethnic regions (Russia, Belarus, Estonia and Latvia), comparative research of a level of development of ethnic tolerance, emotional intelligence and ethnopsychological features of students of high schools of pedagogical specialities of of Pskov (Russia), of Minsk (Belorusija), of Narva (Estonia) and of Daugavpils (Latvia). The analysis of a level of development of polyethnic competence of students of the different countries.

Are developed akmeologicheskie trainings: training sovladajushchego behaviour of youth in polyethnic interaction and training of development of emotional intelligence which are adapted on students of psihologo-pedagogical specialities of the Pskov state pedagogical university of S.M. Kirov in 2009г.

The fourth stage (2010-2011гг.) - end of empirical researches, the matematiko-statistical analysis of empirical results and their interpreting. Introduction of the generalised results of research, formation of scientific-theoretical, methodological and methodical base for development akmeologicheskoj concepts of formation and development of the polyethnic competence leaning against methods akmeologicheskogo of development, methods psihologo-akmeologicheskoj diagnostics, psychocorrections, supports and prophylaxes.

Base of research. Research was spent to the period with 1998-2011гг. In Pskov, the Pskov area, Minsk and Vitebsk (Byelorussia), Daugavpils (Latvia), Narva (Estonia). On bases: MOU high school of №50 the Bottom and high school of №3 of Pechora, the Pskov area, Ostensky high school of the Pskov district d. Ershovo, MOU high school of №25 of Pskov, MOU «Humanitarian lycée» of Pskov, Versatile legal lycée of №8 of Pskov, the Pskov state pedagogical university of S.M. Kirov, the Pskov regional institute of improvement of professional skill of educators, the Pskov Free institute, the Narva college of Tartusky university, Daugavpilssky university and the Belarus state pedagogical university of M.Tanka.

Dissertation structure: the Dissertation consists of the introduction, seven heads, conclusions after each chapter, the conclusion and five appendices. The basic text of the dissertation is stated on 351 page and includes 14 tables, 81 drawing. In work models, charts, schemes and schedules are presented. Only 591 reference, from which 26 foreign. The appendix is presented on 395 pages.
