Dynamics of indicators of active interaction with medium during employment has confirmed taktiko-strategic pattern about the leading part of principals in transformation of medium.

The kontrolno-adjusting stage included refleksotrening the prof. O.S.Anisimova, training - discussion of factors of disturbance of medium, a seminar «Methods of protection against influence on medium of the organisation», training – diagnostics of interaction of the professional with medium, the content-analysis of examinations and the projective techniques received during training experiment.

The Vnedrenchesky stage consisted in approbation and technique correction "akmesredogramma" at the enterprises, in educational and medical institutions.

Professional achievements influence perception of age: for young experts biological – adequate, psychological it is overestimated, socially-status it is overestimated, akmeologichesky it is underestimated; for mature professionals biological adequate or it is underestimated, psychological it is overestimated, socially-status adequate, akmeologichesky it is underestimated; for professionals of high level biological adequate, psychological it is underestimated, socially-status adequate or it is overestimated, akmeologichesky it is underestimated.

Transformations of medium of the organisation were defined as an immediate indicator proektivnosti (sequences of achievements), and quality indicators, prognostichnosti, etc. At a stage of preliminary diagnostics 6 criteria (37 indicators) akmeologicheskogo interactions of the person and medium have been developed – results of the quantitative and qualitative analysis are presented by charts (fig. 9).

At separate respondents acceptance of an ultrahigh strain in connection with judgement of its importance became perceptible. The criterion of value of interaction with medium has the highest mean score of an increment 7,08 (it admits and proved by all respondents). The criterion of an optimality of interaction with medium had average value 7,0.

Each criterion reveals through the indicators united by a percentage parity of experts, specified on it (it is approximated to the tenth); for example, the criterion of quality includes indicators 8-15: outlook expansion, the multilateral approach to the decision of problems-15, 3 %, rising of responsibility at the expense of constant interaction with components of other mediums – 7, 7 %, acquisition new PVK – 46,2 %, professional self-realisation-7, 6 %, career transformation – 8, 2 %, scientific growth, quality of formation – 16,4 %, multilateral professional and personal development - 30,8 %, qualitative influence

Research of development of the professional in akmeologicheskoj was spent to medium by specially developed technique (Derkach A.A., Solovev I.O.) – akmesredogrammy, with several variants of the scales which feature is presented on an example of comparison of the spent analytical sections: the analysis of medium of the higher school on an estimation scale (IGUMO, 64 students of correspondence unit of psychological faculty) and the industrial organisation with the indicators coinciding and-or close to 7, included in diagnostic questionnaire (repeated gauging in 8 months).

For problemno-situational training criteria of the analysis are chosen and results (on a 3-mark scale from 0 to 2), presented in table 1 are received.

Complexity akmeologicheskih technologies for development of the professional in akmeologicheskoj is bound to medium to its multidimensionality and mnogonapravlen-nostju: its implications - in the specificity of development which is not reduced to acquisitions (assuming and losses), including all age processes reflecting various problems of development.

The sequence of technological certificates is presented: allocation of an organizational context (the purposes, strategy etc.), identification of factors of medium (influence on the organisation), an influence estimation (sizes of possibilities, etc.), an establishment of priorities of influences, a choice of ways of the reference with factors and conditions (working out stsenarnyh plans, integration of private management methods, etc.), observation over the factors entering into model of activity, necessary updating.

Following the results of ascertaining experiment character used akmeologicheskih technologies and frequency of preference of their use is defined: the persons referred on development (65 %), the mediums referred on transformation (34 %), projective and doproektivnye (26 %), productive (21 %).

At a kontrolno-adjusting stage at Socially-legal institute of economic safety at carrying out of reflective training (29 persons) tendencies akmeologizatsii have been taped organizational medium and results of reflective actions of teachers and employees of institute under its analysis on which basis references are given a management on its transformation (2007) are discussed:

The short of empirical researches on development of the professional in reformative medium consists that in student's and professional groups conditions in addition to factors are framed and vary and their influence on change in professionalism indicators, i.e. active intrusion into studied area, procaking of dependence of one variables from others is traced.

Empirical researches were accompanied by operations of measurement of the allocated conditions in development of mediums and representations about them which changed and exposed to an estimation, interpreting.

- In optimisation of medium the movement dialectics (both from consciousness to activity, and from activity to consciousness) is observed;

As a result of perceptual and operational training of 193 experts dynamics specifying in development of indicators, proving is personal-professional development, indicatings on the processes identifying medium as akmeologicheskuju, the indicating on 3 and more functions of system, a recognition of its heterogeneity (fig. 11) is found out:
