In the proceedings devoted to business as economic, sotsiokulturnomu and a psychological phenomenon the appreciable data file is saved up, comparison and which generalisation lead to a conclusion, that the choice and success of enterprise activity are defined by not so much separate individually-psychological features of its subject or their aggregate effect, how many their system interrelations in structure of its person. The understanding of system character of personal determination of business is reflected in the approach to business as to process and result of economic self-determination of the person (A.L.Zhuravlyov, A.B.Kuprejchenko, V.P.Poznjakov, etc.) As to a vital choice of the person (A.J.Chepurenko, 2007), in position about integrated characteristics of the person of the businessman (L.M.Mitin, 2002), attempts to prove its category economic subektnosti (A.V.Bojarintseva, 1995), etc. As a whole available data form the basis for allocation and research as key personal determinants of business of system personal formation – personal readiness – the essence and which structure remain insufficiently studied.

Personal readiness is an integral part of psychological readiness for activity which, representing dynamical psychological formation, includes both situational (an actual condition), and steady (sistemokompleks personal features) a component.

There are not studied psychological mechanisms, psihologo-pedagogical conditions and agents of formation LGPD in vocational training system.

The realities which have become aggravated in connection with calls of the contradiction between requirement of the state for experts with personal potential of the businessman and primary orientation of high school preparation to wage labour; between objective necessity of formation LGPD of students and an insufficient level of scrutiny of essence and psychological maintenance LGPD as system personal formation, psychological mechanisms, psihologo-pedagogical conditions and agents, technologies of its formation in high school define an urgency of dissertational research.


The purpose of dissertational research was working out of conceptual model and psychological technology of formation of personal readiness of students to enterprise activity in their training in high school.

As object of dissertational research acted lichstnaja readiness of the future experts for enterprise activity.

Object of research – the psychological maintenance and psihologo-pedagogical conditions of formation and development of personal readiness of the future experts to enterprise activity in their training in high school.

In the course of research the hypothesis consisting in the assumption was checked, that formation LGPD of the student is provided under following conditions:

1. At introduction in educational process of the psychological technologies which are based on understanding LGPD as system personal formation, integrating kognitivnye, affective, motivational and behavioural structures, sinergetichesky which effect is shown in an effective inclusiveness of the person in enterprise activity. In quality sistemoobrazujushchego the factor of this system the way of vital activity of the person, shown in the self-sufficient order as the a life, work and its results, in self-maintenance of conditions of professional self-realisation acts;

2. At realisation in educational process of the mechanism of economic-subject change-over of the person shown in change of an adaptive way inherent in wage labour of vital activity in sphere of economic relations for an active way as the creator and the owner of circumstances and resources of the labour activity, its results, conditions of professional development and self-realisation. This mechanism is realised in the course of comprehension of own way of vital activity in sphere of economic relations as conditions of achievement of the vital purposes and self-realisation of the person;

3. At use of the psihologo-pedagogical agents (technologies) which are based on theoretical model LGPD, reflecting both invariant (intrinsic) features of business, and psychological specificity of concrete sphere of business;

4. By optimisation external (educational and organizational-cultural medium of high school, psychological support of its activity) and internal (individually-psychological features of the person, a way of vital activity realised by it) conditions of formation LGPD of the student in high school.

Research problems:

1. On the basis of the theoretical analysis scientific given to define the teoretiko-methodological bases of studying LGPD to develop the conceptual model LGPD reflecting it structure, criteria, levels and types, invariant for various spheres of business.

2. To open the psychological mechanism and psihologo-pedagogical conditions of formation LGPD of the student of high school.

3. To develop model of formation LGPD of the student, describing interrelation of the purposes, maintenances, conditions and agents, criteria of an estimation and algorithm of formation LGPD of the student.

4. To frame psychological technology of formation LGPD of the student as unity of conceptual, substantial, kriterialno-estimated and algorithmic subsystems, to allocate experimental criteria of its efficiency.

5. To carry out empirical check of invariancy of developed model LGPD on a material of concrete sphere of business (agrarian sector), to develop the methodical program of ascertaining experiment and to carry out comparative psychodiagnostic research of groups of economically effective and noneffective agrarian businessmen, to carry out empirical research of features LGPD of students-landowners.

6. To interpret the obtained empirical data in a context of the analysis of conditions of formation and realisation of personal potential of the businessman in concrete sphere of business (on a material of domestic agrarian sector) and taking into account these given to adapt

The maintenance of the developed technology of formation LGPD of the student with reference to agrarian formation.

7. To develop the program of the forming experiment referred on check of efficiency of developed technology of formation LGPD in educational process. To carry out experimental check of efficiency of the developed technology in the conditions of real educational process (on a material of agrarian high school).

8. To offer the mechanism of integration of the developed technology in educational process of agrarian high schools and in educational activity of advisory structures of agrarian and industrial complex.

As methodological basis of research at an explication of an object of research and working out of conceptual model LGPD acted integrated (A.L.Zhuravlyov, T.D.Martsinkovskaja, etc.), complex and system (B.G.Ananev, V.A.Barabanshchikov, B.F.Lomov, etc.), psychosocial (A.K.Abulhanova, M.I.Volovikova, A.A.Derkach, etc.) approaches, methodologically significant concepts of the subject of vital activity and its vital strategy (S.L.Rubinshtejn, K.A.abulhanova, L.I.Dementy, etc.) Responsibility of the person as properties of the subject of vital activity (K.A.abulhanova, L.I.Dementy). As a methodological basis by working out of model of formation LGPD of the student in high school and psychological technology of formation LGPD, at a substantiation of forming experiment (V.I.Panov), contextual (A.A.Verbitsky) approaches, the concept of the developing educational medium (V.I.Panov, V.V. Rubtsov, etc.), principles of unity of consciousness and activity and mentality development in activity (A.N.Leontev, S.L.Rubinshtejn) acted system is personal-developing (L.M.Mitin), ekopsihologichesky.
