Developed akmeologicheskaja the concept of professional formation of teachers of the higher school in its theoretical and applied aspects provides possibility of allocation and the analysis of system structured by a uniform plan akmeologicheskih knowledge of understanding of essence following akmeologicheskih phenomena: akmeologicheskaja medium, mechanisms, maintenance and competence, efficiency of professional formation, a professional maturity and identity, professionalism, the subject of activity, subektnost, self-actualisation, self-realisation, self-development. Application of the given concept in the course of preparation of the future teachers for the higher school is possible, at work with post-graduate students, in the course of preparation and retraining of principals of higher educational institutions and teachers at a stage poslevuzovskogo formations.

The approved and offered complex of psychodiagnostic techniques allows to define readiness of teachers for self-development, their requirement for the analysis of the factors accompanying formation, readiness for overcoming of specific problems of each stage of professional formation; to tap level psihologo-akmeologicheskoj competence and sformirovannosti professionally significant personal characteristics, and also to define dynamics of their development in the course of interaction of teachers with subjects akmeologicheskoj mediums (experts of administrative structures, systems of improvement of professional skill, akmeologicheskogo supports).

The taped conditions of optimisation of professional formation of teachers of the higher school allow to give a substantiation of necessity of preparation of the experts who are carrying out process of training of listeners of various systems of improvement of professional skill, ready to consider psychology of the "adult" pupil as subject of informative activity; to use effective receptions, forms, kinds of the organisation of educational activity of teachers; to use active methods of training and akmeologicheskie methods of influence in the course of training.

On the basis of experimental data it has been shown, that in the course of professional formation there are following strategy: primitive functioning, career strategy, actualisations of in a trade; creative self-expression, vertex achievements. Formation of certain strategy is caused by a level of development of professionally significant personal qualities declared in professional images, readiness of the person for self-development, quality of medium.

According to ideas akmeologicheskoj concepts of professional formation are developed the programs referred on optimisation of studied process. Leading value belongs to the program akmeologicheskogo supports of process of professional formation of teachers of the higher school.

Results of system application of scientifically-practical references have allowed to receive positive dynamics on following indicators: requirement for self-actualisation, a social maturity, the general internalnost, self-management and self-checking, psihologo-akmeologicheskaja competence.

Research materials can be used by preparation and retraining of scientific and pedagogical shots of the higher school in system of improvement of professional skill; at reading of theoretical courses on professional work psychology, akmeologii for post-graduate students, teachers and principals of higher educational institutions.
