In the seventh chapter is surveyed quality of modern preparation of the future experts, the analysis of innovations and contradictions in a modern high school domestic education in connection with transition to the European model of training becomes, are offered akmeologicheskie methods of perfection of preparation of the future experts of polyethnic formation.

Modern higher vocational training – the major social state institute, which basic function – preparation of young generation for the decision of professional problems in the future in concrete professional work becomes perceptible, that, it assumes high level sformirovannosti various skills and their ability is continuous samosovershenstvovat. The problem of "quality" of high school formation in Russia has arisen in connection with mass character of higher education, with occurrence in 1990х years of a considerable quantity of high schools (J.Aaviksoo, R.Bega, S.V.Kostjukevich). In Russia quality of the higher vocational training many scientists as investigate a problem of development of a new civilisation of the XXI-st century and correlate it to management of development of educational systems (V.I.Bajdenko, G.A.Bordovsky, Z.D.Zhukovsky, I.A.winter, E.M.Korotkov, N.V.Kuzmin, L.E.Pautova, D.M.polev, N.A.Seleznev, A.I.subetto, etc.) . In Russia concept genesis «quality of formation» is traced from concept genesis kvalimetrii formations which is opened by A.I.subetto. According to N.V.Kuzminoj, different demands to quality of formation show: ethnoses, culture and formation.

The author does a conclusion, that high quality of formation in high school provides: the organisation of active forms dovuzovskoj preparations; effective work with the faculty (continuous improvement of professional skill); productivity of research work as teachers, post-graduate students, doctors, and students; the organisation and carrying out of effective practice; creation of system of additional educational programs; educational and out-of-class work; active including of students in managerial process in high school; strengthening of material base, base of information technologies; active including in the international educational space; work with graduates.

Modern training of students, the future experts of formation - and rising of professional skill of the teacher is provided with creation of author's approaches and concepts which include research of problems of professional practice, working out of methods of their decision and search of new effective methods of training and development of highly productive polyprofessionals for the purpose of formation improvement of quality as a whole. Methods of perfection of preparation of the future experts of polyethnic formation are offered: discipline for choice, spetsseminary, round tables, akmeologicheskie trainings and akmeologicheskie programs which can be used on purpose perfection of existing system high school formation or within the limits of an additional education.

Conclusions on the seventh chapter: Transition of modern higher education to uniform European system staticizes a problem of development of polyethnic competence at students, the future experts. Globalisation processes in formation generate a problem of loss of ethnopotential. In the decision of a problem of quality of the higher vocational training there is no uniform criterion of quality of formation, the uniform standard. High schools are in different economic situations, are compelled to search independently for financing sources so, are in not peer conditions of realisation of quality of formation. Quality of modern higher education depends completely on quality of management of high school and introductions of author's systems of activity, i.e. from the high school and activity of the faculty.
