«the Psychosocial approach in a context of actual problems and the basic tendencies of development of a psychological science to Russia»

In chapter 1 is presented an author's view on history and prospects of development of domestic psychology in a context of the decision of actual problems of a modern Russian society. Limitation both in methodological, and in organizational plans, in the modern conditions, historically developed paradigmalnoj is shown model of development of a psychological science.
The expediency of transition to more liberal — kulturadigmalnoj models is proved. The developed substantiation of an urgency and prospects of a problematics of research in the light of the decision of the given problem is given.

In the first paragraph the social inquiry to a psychological science in a context of actual problems of development of the Russian society, first of all — transition to innovative economy is analysed. It is shown, that a necessary condition of the effective decision of the given problem is transition from upright integrated to horizontally integrated schemes of management and decision-making, delegation of powers, shift of focus of administrative activity from maintenance of efficiency of current functioning to maintenance of perspective development, comprehension and acceptances of that fact, that any innovation, in full conformity with dialectics laws, means destruction of to some extent developed system (and the importance of an introduced innovation is directly proportional to degree of such destruction). From here follows, that the key, system answer to market calls in modern conditions is full-scale comprehension of what the person as the person and the high-grade independent subject is the main thing, and in many cases and a unique source of oof in modern conditions.

Thereupon it is essential necessary is the concentration of efforts and society resources on development of the human potential which basis is the independent, initiative, capable person to the high-grade cooperation, being the key subject of social action. It is quite clear, that one of the basic instruments both conceptual, and tool maintenance of such development the psychological science focused on the decision of practical problems is.

In the second paragraph problem aspects of development of domestic psychology in a context of the decision of the given problem are surveyed. It is shown, that for a variety of causes the psychological science developed in the Soviet period in rigid frameworks paradigmalnoj the model of knowledge described by T.Kunom. Thus, as shown in K.Popper, I.Lakatesa, P.Fejerabenda's works, the given model "normal", from the point of view of T.Kuna, a science in substantial and organizational aspects objectively interferes with innovative research activity. In the conditions of the totalitarian state these system disadvantages paradigmalnoj knowledge models have got the hypertrophied character that has resulted not only in absolutization of two paradigms in a domestic psychological science, but also to an unjustified reduction and konjukturno-dogmatic interpretings of underlying these paradigms absolutely evristichnyh scientific theories — the cultural-historical concept of formation of the higher mental functions and the activity theory.

In the third paragraph it is shown, that an exit from given, as a matter of fact deadlock, situations it is possible at the expense of real transition to pluralistic methodology. One of practical forms of such transition is introduction in the developed A.A.Derkachem, I.N.Semenovym and S.J.Stepanovym's research practice kulturadigmalnoj knowledge models.
Under kulturadigmoj the sample of scientific thinking who not only is interfaced to structure, tendencies of development of professional consciousness in this or that scientific sphere, but also modern sotsiokulturnoj by a situation so, and the maintenance of universal culture in whole (A.A.Derkach) is understood. It is easy to notice, that such understanding takes out inherent paradigmalnoj to the scheme methodological and organizational restrictions as as the standard «exemplary scientific achievement» and even not notorious "method" by means of which it has been realised, namely the thinking is allocated not, allowing to achieve the outstanding results, characterised, first of all (and it kontrapunkt aspects oppositional each other in the majority epistemologicheskih T.Kuna, I.Lakatesa, K.Popper, P.Fejerabenda's concepts), ability to an exit in the course of knowledge for frameworks of the developed tradition, a subject domain is, etc. essentially important in the practical plan, that, developing kulturadigmalnuju model, A.A.Derkach and its colleagues have managed to the full to realise the basic ideas and principles of the liberal theory of knowledge, having avoided thus the extreme measures inherent epistemologicheskomu in anarchism of P.Fejerabenda.

As a whole the basic tendency of development of a psychological science in modern Russia can be characterised as transition from suktsessivno-diahronicheskogo — a forward-consecutive way of knowledge to simultaneously-synchronic — to avalanche and intensive (A.A.Derkach). Such transition to the full meets objective requirements of development of a society.

Within the limits of the given tendency the psychosocial approach to a development problem is represented to one of the most perspective methodological approaches. The given approach is universal enough, applicable in the widest spectrum of humanitarian researches, that finds acknowledgement in works on sociology, philosophy, political science of such authors, as L.D.hooter, A.Kamju, E.Fromm, F.Fukujama, S.Hantington, etc. In actually psychological researches the psychosocial approach was used by K.A.abulhanovoj in researches of features of mentality and ethnosocial processes in modern Russia, A.A.Bodalevym, A.A.Derkachem, etc. — in psihologo-akmeologicheskih researches of professionalism, A.V.Petrovsky — by project working out "hronopsihologii" (comparative social psychology of time), in variety of researches in a genre of psychoanalytical biographies and psychohistory, in particular L.De Moza, E.Fromm, E.Ericson, etc.

However, from the point of view of designated above actual requirements of a modern society, feature of the psychosocial approach that as follows already from the name, he assumes treating of developments of the person and society in indissoluble interrelation is key. That it is valid so, in full enough and consecutive kind has been shown for the first time in E.Ericson's devoted to problems of identity the works in which it has put in pawn theoretical bases of the psychosocial concept of development.
