As a result of dissertational research is solved the important scientific problem of the higher school in the theoretical and scientifically-practical plan – formation of professional competence at students and experts with the higher technical education which was not a subject of independent studying in psychology earlier, to pedagogics and akmeologii.
The concept of formation of professional competence is developed psihologo-akmeologicheskaja, structural components of professional competence of the expert are allocated, levels sformirovannosti the competence, corresponding to professional work levels are defined. Conditions and factors promoting formation of professional competence of the expert in high school and on manufacture are allocated. The given research opens new possibilities for carrying out theoretical, experimental and applied researches at realisation kompetentnostnogo the approach in the field of pedagogics, psychology, akmeologii, preparations of experts in system of continuous vocational training.

One of theoretical result which can be used in further psihologo-pedagogical and akmeologicheskih researches, is treating of professional competence of the expert with the higher technical education as system characteristic of the person and allocation of its components which are universal for innovative professional work, and elements (competence models), having flexible structure, on kotoroju professional specificity influences.

The conceptual teoretiko-methodological apparatus at the expense of introduction of new categories and specification of already available concepts is dilated. In particular, the concept «professional competence of the expert with the higher technical education» and levels of "professional competence» is specified.

Dependence of efficiency of professional work on presence and level sformirovannosti professional abilities, a level of development of professionally significant qualities of the person is established. On the basis of the received results the structure of professional competence is defined and models of competence of experts and principals are developed.

Structural and functional components akmeologicheskih systems "high school" and "manufacture" are allocated. Dynamics of development of professional competence of the expert is investigated.

Strategy of formation of professional competence of students in educational system «professionally focused creative independent work» is theoretically proved and experimentally confirmed.

Theoretical approaches to working out of techniques of formation of professional competence with use of computer technologies and the agents of imitating modelling applied by working out nanotehnology are formulated.

It is established, that in the course of formation of professional competence and mastering by professional models of activity there is a development of certain style of thinking.

Are taped akmeologicheskie factors and the optimum conditions promoting development of professional competence of the expert in system of uchebno-research-and-production integration.

The data obtained as a result of research about is personal-professional development (professional and personal qualities, professional abilities, style of thinking, etc.) the expert in high school and on manufacture considerably dilate our representations about patterns of mental development of the person under the influence of such factors, as formation and self-education, education and self-education in their interrelations and unity.

The problem of formation of professional competence of the expert in system of uchebno-research-and-production integration is solved at scientific-theoretical and practical levels and techniques of development of competence are developed. The theoretical importance of the executed research is defined also by that it opens ample opportunities of new researches, important for realisation kompetentnostnogo the approach in system of continuous vocational training.
