Individual socially-standard representations of each person are formed under the influence of culture or a subculture. In groups of teenagers with delinkventnym behaviour dominating is interiorizirovannaja the counterstandard scale of values (G.K.Valitskas, J.B.Gippenrejter, etc.) That causes features of a specific psychological homeostasis delinkventnogo the teenager promoting psychological failures and long disturbances of a functional condition. Such teenagers possess low psychological fastness, are disturbing, they do not have adequacy of a self-rating and perception of the validity. At them low level of communicative abilities, difficulties in contacts to associates, impulsive implication of the aggression, the raised conflictness.

In a counterbalance delinkventnomu to a pole – teenagers with socially comprehensible specifications, have the adequate self-rating, adequate perception of the validity, possess high level of socialisation, adequately estimate the role in collective, are guided by observance of the standard norms of behaviour, possess high level of psychological fastness and behavioural regulation, high level of communicative abilities, a low conflictness (Rybnikov V. JU, 2010; Dmitriev M. G, 2007,2009; Parfenov S.A., 2010).

Thus, theoretical bases of psychology define necessity of research psihologo-akmeologicheskih determinat formations of the person of the teenagers, capable to estimate various situations in a wide psihologo-pedagogical context, independently to find constructive decisions of arising problems, able to organise the activity, to carry out a choice and to bear for it responsibility. The significant role in achievement of these results, along with school and a family, is played by specially organised labour activity of the teenager with delinkventnym behaviour in which frameworks it could receive the corresponding qualified help in difficult vital situations and to be trained in new ways of reaction and interaction with a social environment.
