In the second chapter the purpose was working out methodological konstrukta researches of polyethnic competence of subjects of formation and studying on the basis of it konstrukta its specificity.

For achievement of an object in view by the author the concept «polyethnic formation» as a category akmeologicheskogo researches is analyzed, genesis of the given concept is given, the conceptual interrelation of polyethnic formation and etnoakmeologii formations with other fields of knowledge is surveyed; strategy of polyethnic formation of heuristic character is developed; the person of subjects of polyethnic formation, their value, patterns of behaviour and the equipment by metatheoretical generalisation of results of concrete scientific researches is studied.

The system of polyethnic formation which has the purpose - acceleration of development of progress in educational sphere is described. The methodological basis of author's system of activity referred on development subektnosti in polyethnic formation is developed.

At the heart of strategy working out akmeologicheskoj concepts of formation and development of polyethnic competence of subjects of formation N.I.Bondarenko's system approach, in particular its invariant circuit analysis of cyclogenesis was used. Strategy akmeologicheskoj concepts of formation and development of polyethnic competence of subjects of formation mnogomerna, includes its methodological synthesis: 1. An image of result. 2. Working out of author's system of activity, creation of conditions, ways and agents is motive power of achievement of the purpose - polyethnic educational medium. 5. Working out akmeologicheskih programs, trainings, seminars, a subject matter. 6. At this stage the polyethnic educational medium passes from one condition in the desirable image of the result which are warmed up by public requirement in the set time interval. 7. Thanks to an estimation of criterion of quality of process and result of polyethnic educational medium the certain level of development of polyethnic potential and polyethnic competence at subjects is ascertained. The estimation of efficiency of the developed concept of research occurs to the help of the picked up bank of the psychodiagnostic techniques developed akmeologicheskih of programs, the taped factors and conditions, and also parametres influencing formation and development of polyethnic educational medium.

It is developed and proved author's activity systems (fig. 2) which includes a psychodiagnosis of formation and the program of development of polyethnic potential and polyethnic competence of subjects of formation, is a basis of working out teoretiko-empirical akmeologicheskoj concepts of polyethnic competence of subjects of formation.

Progressive development of sphere of polyethnic formation and rising of its level of the organisation will be bound to augmentation of quantity of realisation akmeologicheskih the educational programs referred on disclosing of polyethnic potential of subjects. For formation transfer as systems in new quality – polyethnic formation – is necessary development subektnosti at all participants of educational process, disclosing of their ethnopotential and augmentation of polyethnic knowledge.

Efficiency of functioning and introduction of the concept of polyethnic competence of subjects of formation is developed and presented, stages of its realisation and an introduction step are described. Efficiency of polyethnic educational medium – result of influence of specially organised author's system of activity and social medium.

Each stage consisted of several steps. Process of creation of system is long, included three stages of the applied decision of a problem, it not the single certificate. At these stages there were flight researches, approbation, the next checks of hypotheses and problems, and only after achievement of positive results there was probably skilled introduction of original workings out: introduction of a scientifically-practical platform, akmeologicheskih programs, trainings, discipline for choice students, round tables and seminars.

On the basis of the system approach used in the given chapter, following conclusions are drawn: etnoakmeologija revealing and development of polyethnic potential with orientation to optimisation of process of its self-development has formations by the purpose. Strategy akmeologicheskoj concepts of formation and development of polyethnic competence of subjects of formation is developed. The methodological analysis of efficiency of functioning and introduction akmeologicheskoj concepts of formation and development of polyethnic competence of subjects of formation is carried out. Conceptual bases of polyethnic formation can be studied and realised, first of all, in subject matters, akmeologicheskih trainings, akmeologicheskih programs and seminars, on scientifically-practical platforms on the basis of educational institution.
