2.2.1. The General characteristic of patients.

The clinical part of work is based on data of inspection and treatment of 48 patients in GUN tsito of N.N.Priorova, with various forms of an osteoporosis by which operation of implantation of an artificial hip joint has been executed, concerning its diseases and consequences of damages.

Average term of observation has made 6 years (2000-2005). Middle age of all patients has made 57,2 yo 11,9 has laid down. Men was 21, women 27. Middle age of women 60,7 ±11,4 years, thus the youngest was 37 years, and the most senior - 87. Middle age of men has made 53 yo 11,3 years (from 34 till 77 years).

As follows from table 2.1 with pathological fractures of proximal department of a femur 17 patients (from them 6 men) are operated.

The system osteoporosis took place at 16 persons, and in one case there was a bone cyst (observation N97). The reason of fracture all patients had an inadequate trauma (falling from height of own growth, podvertyvanie feet at walking and so forth), that is ірав.мирующая force was insufficient that there was a fracture of a healthy bone.

In this group of patients 9 had subkapigalnye fractures of a neck of a femur (from them 3 men), 6 - mezhzertelnye fractures (3 women and 3 men) and on one patient with podvertelny.m (observation №83) and cherezvertelnym (observation №84) fractures (table 2.2).

At the analysis of roentgenograms 31 patients with degenerativnodistroficheskimi hip joint diseases the local osteoporosis on Singh [88] is taped. At a x-ray densitometry of a neck of a hip all patients had depression of mineral density of an osteal tissue from 1,5 to 2,5 SD and more on T to criterion. At 20 from them took place dysplastic koksartroz 3-4 stages (on N.S.Kossinsky, 1961), at one - an ankylosis of the right hip joint (observation № 18).s avaskuljarnym against an osteoporosis is operated by a necrosis of a head of a femur of 8 men and 2 women.

Distribution of patients under osteoporosis forms is reflected in table 2.3.

From the table follows, that 25 patients had the senile form of an osteoporosis, postmenopauzalnuju - 13 women and the secondary osteoporosis was at 10 persons. 8 (from 10) long time was received by steroid resolvents. One patient (observation Лд9) suffered an imperfect bone formation and one patient (observation №4) - a lymphogranulomatosis.

48 patients are executed 57 operations of replacement of a hip joint, from them 9 bilateral. Hybrid - 10. Auditing — 3 and 10 unipolar.
