Now practically all domestic head car assembly factories will organise interacting with the supplier on the basis of an estimation of its possibilities on procedure of approval of manufacture by a user (RRAR [65]).

Before the contract conclusion on delivery of autocomponents needs to the supplier to present the customer a complete set of deeds and samples and to meet with primary approval of manufacture by a user on the basis of the analysis of this complete set. The customer should gain from it the objective information on quality of an autocomponent, on level of stability of production process of an autocomponent, and also on adequacy of system of maintenance of quality of the supplier. But complete set RRAR should be presented and in ten situations, the essential changes of manufacture demanding of actualisation at least of a part of deeds of a complete set.

The management of head Russian car factories (users of autocomponents) observes certification SMK of suppliers under demands ISO/TS16949:2009 as the important tool of improvement of quality of deliveries by their estimation auditors of bodies on certification. Users hope, that certificated SMK really testifies to martempering of controllability of manufacture of suppliers of autocomponents. However experience already rather a wide circulation of certification SMK in practice in most cases has not led to substantial improvements in the field of quality.
