In the absence of the data necessary for the analysis, a difficult process, the further works but to definition key figures of merit of a difficult process are impossible, hence, in the organisation data collection process about figures of merit should be adjusted.

Besides, collected data it is necessary to subject to preparative treatment for definition of key parametres of their laws of distribution and maintenance of reliability of results of the subsequent analysis.
