Leading-outs on the fourth chapter
1. Computing experiment by definition heating of isolation of cables on the basis of the measured currents in cable lines within a calendar year is made.
2. Use of an illegible neural network for forecasting of a condition of isolation of cable lines on the basis of available estimations for the previous moments of a time is shown.
3. Demands to working out of the programm complex providing reception of an estimation of a current condition of isolation and forecasting of its condition for some future moment of a time are made.
4. The spent experimental researches have shown conformity of the developed model of an estimation of a condition of isolation on the basis of illegible logic and the experimental data gained with use of expert estimations which coordination was sized up on factor konkordatsii. The Design value of this factor makes 0,85, that allows to draw a leading-out on a high coordination of expert estimations.
