As a result of performance of dissertational research following basic results are gained.
1. The method of formation of assemblage of the informative signs presented by logic values on the basis of application of various techniques of an estimation informativnosti of a sign is developed, allowing to gain required assemblage in the conditions of small volumes of training sample.
2. The structure and a regime of instruction of an artificial logic neural network on the basis of binary nerve cells and MGUA are offered the similar circuit design, allowing to synthesise activation rules produktsy for solving rules on the basis of results of registration of the signs characterising a condition of patients, the presented logic values of their presence or absence.
3. The method of synthesis of solving rules produktsionnogo the type is developed, allowing to design knowledge base SPPR PT for forecasting of origination and development of various forms tromboembolii and their outcomes, functioning on the basis of the informative signs characterising a condition of the patient, gained in the course of diagnostic study of its condition and the anamnesis analysis.
4. Informational-analytical model SPPR PT and circuit designs of its application in clinical conditions and in educational process of raise of qualifying level of medical workers (doctors - of surgeons) is offered
5. Tests of the gained solving rules for clinically confirmed material which results have confirmed a forecasting effectiveness of various forms tromboebolii and their outcomes are conducted (diagnostic sensitivity has averaged - 0,86±0,03; specificity - 0,83±0,05; efficiency - 0,84±0,04).
It is shown, that the gained solving rules have the best productivity at diagnostic study of sick people.
Recommendations. Results of dissertational research can be used by working out of the automated intellectual systems of a support of decision-making for operative forecasting of possibility of origination and development tromboembolii at endoprotezirovanii large joints and for the organisation of process of raise of qualifying level of medical workers.
