Working out of methodical recommendations is necessary for purposeful management of broker service in a bank of commerce according to efficiency of this sphere of bank activity. The estimation of efficiency of broker service allows to estimate quality of managerial process, to define bottlenecks, to develop management methods which to the greatest degree allow to realise the purposes and the problems put before object of management.

Broker service in a bank of commerce is difficult enough object of management as includes set of material elements of various character: technical components, technological processes, a programmno-information complex.
