change of permeability of a cellular membrane under the influence of electromagnetic radiance of a mobile phone

Researches of influence EMI of a mobile phone on permeability of a cellular membrane were spent on cages of five donors: three male donors of different age: the donor And - 35 years, In - 25 years, With - 24 years, and two donors of a female: donor D - 22 years, E - 54 years.

As a source of microwave radiance two mobile phones being in a mode of conversation with levels SAR equal of 0.531 Vt/kg and 1.1 Vt/kg were used. Irradiating time compounded 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30 and 60 minutes.

For definition of change of an indicator of Oka concerning control value the relative size - an indicator of growth of Oka which paid off under the following formula was used:

Growth of Oka = Oka OKIkontrolja • ю0 % (3.2)

OKIkontrolja

Dependence of growth of an indicator of Oka on irradiating and level SAR time are presented on fig. 3.2 (values of growth of an indicator of Oka yo an error are shown, initial data are resulted in table А.2 in Appendix A).

From the received results statistically significant response of cages on EMI with various time of the exposition, showing in augmentation of permeability of a membrane concerning the control follows. As a rule, permeability of a membrane increases with augmentation of time from 1 to 10 mines (like indicator KGG).

The further change of time of an irradiating from 10 to 60 mines has led to recession of growth of an indicator of Oka in cages of the donor With for all investigated levels SAR, and in cages of donor B for lower declared level SAR. As to cages of other donors, the augmentation of time of an exposition has not rendered practically any influence on change of an indicator of Oka. Thus the irradiating of a mobile phone with higher level SAR has invoked bolshy effect on cellular membranes at time of an exposition from 10 to 60 mines for donors A, B and C.

Change of an indicator of Oka as functions from exposition time differs from observed above for a heterochromatin, namely, for the majority of donors growth of an indicator of Oka is characteristic at time of an exposition to 10 mines with the subsequent peak and indicator recession. However for radiance of a mobile phone with highest level SAR the peak is not observed practically at all donors, probably, because of the circumscribed time of an exposition used in experiment. Threshold value of time of an exposition at which it is not observed yet visible changes of an indicator of Oka, according to///-test Stjudenta, for all donors exceeds 1 minute

For all donors and levels SAR change of permeability of a membrane during a radiation effect from 30 to 60 mines is not statistically significant. This supervision can be interpreted as acclimatisation of cages to action EMI which can be bound to the phenomenon of restoration of cellular membranes after EMI [192, 233]. There are establishments to assume, that recession of growth of an indicator of Oka observed on fig. 3.2, also is a consequence of cellular membrane restoration.

Analysis of growth of parametre of Oka as from SAR a mobile phone has shown functions, that for the majority of donors and exposition times there is statistically significant difference between growth of parametre of Oka for two investigated levels SAR, that is increase of level SAR from 0.531 to

1.1 Vt/kg has led to augmentation of permeability of membranes of cages. However it is important to notice, that according to the received results dependence of the response of the cages expressed in change of permeability of membranes, on level SAR of a mobile phone is not obvious and is varied depending on the donor. It means, that level SAR of a mobile phone is not the important factor defining influence EMI on a state of membranes bukkalnogo of an epithelium of the person.
