A number of works has been devoted research in vitro influences RCH of radiance at frequency of 800-2450 MHz on cellular apoptoz. The majority of experiments on various cellular lines, from yeast to embrionalnyh founder cells of mice, neurones of a rat, fibroblasts and blood cells of the person, have led to a conclusion, that nizkourovnevoe RCH radiance does not invoke apoptoz [76, 143, 177, 187, 226]. However in work [142] the augmentation apoptoza in neurones of a rat after 24 hour irradiatings CW-900 MHz with level SAR of 2 Vt/kg is revealed, while irradiating GSM-900 MHz (1 Vt/kg, till 48 o'clock) did not lead apoptozu in the same phylums of cages [143].

As a whole, considered above work represent only small part of all researches devoted to not thermal influence RCH EMI (mainly millimetric range) on biological objects, in particular cages and organellas. However it is necessary to notice, that the majority of results of experiments possesses low reproducibility. One of the causes to it consists that different authors in the researches use various cellular objects and different parametres EMI that complicates revealing of laws in the published stuff. Probably, dependence of the cellular response on some genetical, physiological and physical parametres can cause contradictions in the results of researches of the same phenomenon received by various authors.
