To prove, that observed in subsections 3.2 - 3.4 changes in chromatin and cellular membrane frames descended at the expense of influence of external factors, instead of degradation of a cellular line, the following methodical experiment has been made.

Cages bukkalnogo an epithelium of the person were located in the phosphatic buffer. Each 15 mines within two hours (average time of carrying out of experiment) analysis of a state of a heterochromatin and a cellular membrane according to the procedures described in subsections 2.2 and 2.4 accordingly was effected. During carrying out of the given experiment it was not revealed statistically significant deflections of indicators KGG and Oka from check samples. These data completely correspond to works [27, 246] in which it was not revealed visible changes of frame of a kernel and a cellular membrane at a finding of cages in buffer solution within days.

Thus, it is possible to assert, that during carrying out of experiments for lack of influence of external factors of a cage bukkalnogo an epithelium of the person kept constant number of beads of a heterochromatin and percent imbued indigokarminom cages.

3.7. The conclusion

In the present chapter reaction of cages bukkalnogo an epithelium on EMI various characteristics has been considered: radiance of working frequency WiMAX (3.7 GHz) with varied vigour and exposition time, radiance of mobile phones (900 MHz) with two various levels SAR, and also the response of cages to electrical and magnetic component EMI to frequency of 8 GHz separately.

Results of the spent researches testify to presence of essential influence of microwave radiance of working frequency WiMAX at density of a stream of vigour to 40 mkvt/sm on cages bukkalnogo an epithelium of the person. Character of change of a state of a chromatin and permeability of a membrane depending on time of an exposition and vigour of radiance is established. It is shown, that reaction of a cage in the form of change of degree of permeability of a membrane on size of density of a stream of vigour EMI frequency of 3.7 GHz is characterised by an accurate maximum in a range of density of a stream 2.5... 10 mkvt/sm, thus vigour of 1.25 mkvt/sm are threshold since which the effect of action EMI on permeability of membranes gets the statistical importance. Also the augmentation of number of beads of a heterochromatin is observed at increase of vigour of radiance, thus the inferior threshold value of vigour at which it was not observed yet granulirovanie a chromatin, does not exceed density of a stream of vigour 2.5 mkvt/see

The received results also specify in statistically significant response of cages bukkalnogo an epithelium of the person on the mobile phone radiance, shown in change of number of beads of a heterochromatin in kernels and permeability of membranes. Observable changes are qualitatively similar and are characterised by the threshold value of time which are not exceeding 1 mines, and saturation at exposition time bolshem, than 30 minutes Duration EMI made the big impact on the response of cages while level SAR of a mobile phone practically did not lead the contribution to observable effect.

At an irradiating of cages EMI with frequency 8 GG ts change of quantity of beads of a heterochromatin and permeability of membranes concerning control value also has been fixed. Results of researches and dispersive analysis ANOVA have shown, that parametre KGG has shown the big sensitivity to changes of characteristics EMP (such as vigour, exposition and component EMI time). Change of permeability of cellular membranes has been less expressed and had individual character for each donor. Also it is necessary to notice, that EMI on frequency of 3.7 GHz led to the most intensive growth KGG reaching of the maximum at 10 mines an irradiating at density of a stream of vigour of 40 mkvt/sm that it is necessary to consider at selection of conditions of an irradiating in the further heads of work.

At a premise of cages in preliminary irradiated buffer solution considerable changes in frame of a chromatin and permeability of the cellular membranes, similar received were observed at a direct irradiating of the cages placed in buffer solution. Thus, it is possible to assume, that water can be considered as a primary receptor microwave EMI which in certain degree leads the contribution to the observable response of a cage on EMI.

As a whole, available experimental data have allowed to establish the fact of action EMI on cages bukkalnogo an epithelium of the person. In the given chapter optimum parametres EMI on time of an exposition and vigour of radiance at which the considerable response of investigated system is observed are defined, and also possible mechanisms retseptsii EMI are discussed.

The results presented in the yielded chapter are published in works [1620, 250].
