4.1. Introduction

Analysis of the basic works devoted to combined action EMI and listed BASS [84, 180, 269, 287] (subsection 1.4 see) has shown, that existing not numerous data about the combined interaction aromatic the BASS and EMI are discordant enough also observable effect can depend both on a choice of biological object of research, and from parametres of irradiating EMI.

In the present work for the purpose of revealing of possible role EMI in regulation of a biological potency aromatic the BASS the combined action weak EMI a millimetric range and DNA - of catenated preparations DOX, EB and PF on cages bukkalnogo an epithelium of the person is investigated. Researches were spent on cages bukkalnogo an epithelium of three donors, two donors of a female: the donor And - 24 years, B - 20 years, and one donor of a male: the donor With - 21 year. As already it was mentioned earlier, problems to the given work do not include detailed research of mechanisms of interaction of cages bukkalnogo an epithelium with the external factors, demanding considerations of a considerable quantity of donors. According to literary data [233, 234, 243], and also to results of chapter 3, for revealing of the general laws of the cellular response to choronomic influences the quantity of donors chosen in given research is optimum.

Before to investigate the combined action the BASS and weak EMI a microwave range, it is necessary to consider action of preparations in absence of radiance. It will allow to define optimum time of an exposition and concentration of materials, and also is the important step for deeper understanding of possible mechanisms of action the BASS and EMI at cellular level.
