According to the data received in subsection 4.2, as optimum conditions for carrying out of experiments at presence fullerena С60 and CAF it is possible to choose following concentrations: 5 10-6 mol/l for DOX and 110-5 mol/l for EB and PF and time of an exposition 1 hour.

At the specified concentrations of reacting materials the maximum changes of parametres KGG and EOJA, expositions practically a little varying at times are observed more than 1 hour. Change of indicators KGG and EOJA in cages bukkalnogo an epithelium of the person in system Preparat-S60 fulleren depending on concentration fullerena was investigated. As the positive control cages, which inkubirovalis only in preparation solution were considered; as the negative control - the cages containing without a preparation and С60 fullerena.

Results of measurements for each combination of preparations DOX-C60, EB - C60 and PF-C60 are presented on fig. 5 (average values of indicators yo an average standard error), and also in tables of Century of 1-century 3 in the Appendix of Century

As a whole, the most important result following from analysis of received data, strongly pronounced dependence of reaction of a cellular kernel on presence С60 fullerena in system is. As well as earlier for a case of individual action of materials (subsection 4.2 see), changes of measured indicators appear qualitatively similar for various preparations and donors. It is established, that for each preparation decrease KGG from the positive control to negative with augmentation of concentration С60 fullerena is observed, that testifies to restoration of functional activity of a kernel at its presence. Thus a range of change of values of indicator KGG on the average twice above, than indicator EOJA that specifies in the big sensitivity of the factor of change of frame of a heterochromatin, than electronegativity of a kernel, to action of combinations of materials.

It is established, that indicator EOJA shows a negative correlation (in a range-0.8. 0.9) with indicator KGG for all donors and materials. Similar communication between a state of a chromatin and EOJA has been revealed earlier in chapter 4. It is necessary to notice also, that character of observable effects does not depend on specific features of cages of the donors who were taking part in experiment, and reflects the general for them the tendency of action of combinations of materials.
