In connection with an object in view following problems were solved:

1. Examination of photophysical properties tetraariltetratsianoporfirazinov and dopirovannyh them polymeric nanochastits; an estimate accessories tetraariltetratsianoporfirazinov to a class of fluorescent molecular curls;

2. Examination of dynamics of accumulation tetraariltetratsianoporfirazinov as a part of various polymeric nanochastits tumoral crates and their intracellular localisation;

3. Working out of the methodical approach and toolkit for controllable light action on tumoral crates for the subsequent estimate of photodynamic effect of explored photosensitizers;

4. The analysis of photodynamic activity tetraariltetratsianoporfirazinov concerning tumoral crates in culture;

5. Examination of pharmacokinetics and specificity of accumulation in a tumour tetraariltetratsianoporfirazinov in experiment in vivo on laboratory animals.
