Structure of the generalised mathematical sample piece.

the constructed structure of a mathematical sample piece of process ROMELT, representing 20 nonlinear differential equations having more of two hundred algebraic additions, after holding of identification of parametres the behaviour of all difficult multiple parametre process as a whole allows to consider the system.
The mathematical apparatus is developed together with prof. Burovym I.A.
For the first time there was a possibility to estimate influence of various technological parametres and modes on the basic days off static and dynamic characteristics of process and to study quantitatively the reasons of occurrence of emergencies.
Parametrical identification of a mathematical sample piece. Problem statement. For holding of parametrical identification the experimental data received and processed by means of created automated system of scientific explorations (ASNI) at holding of 13th, 21st and 24th industrial campaigns on oven ROMELT are used.
All set of parametres of identification of a structural sample piece of process ROMELT has been battered into three subsets. Value of parametres of the first subset is taken from results of own gaugings, the given reference books or are calculated on them. These parametres concern: seeming to an activation energy of chemical reactions, isobar thermal capacities of raw materials, coal, blow, metal, slag, waste gases; sizes of density of iron and slag; thermal effects of chemical reactions; design data of oven ROMELT and other. The second subset is made by the parametres which values are defined under the experimental information on equilibrium furnace conditions during experimental campaigns. Them concern, first:

otsd, Ор3 - factors of heat interchange with kessonirovannoj oven lining; in a reactionary zone - ctp3 and otsd — a reburning zone.
Orad - factor of radiating heat interchange between oven zones.
Heat interchange factors concern the third subset between a zone of bubbled slag and a zone of quiet slag, a zone of an iron-carbon semiproduct and lining podiny ovens ots, а.2, az, схф_ at which identification the information on oven work in dynamic modes is used.
Thus, for a quantitative estimation of parametres of a sample piece of investigated process the available information on equilibrium smelting practices which essentially reduces area of search of optimum parametres, identifications and the data received in dynamic modes which allow to solve a problem of minimisation of some funktsionala, bundling technological ekspe-rimentalnye data and results of modelling is used.
