And here to change variable properties of concept hardly probable not a main purpose of many. So many aspire to achieve a priority in the market, having superseded therefrom other goods. Others aspire to a management something, trying thus to take someone's place. That is thoughts of many people are directed on management of variables of virtual concepts. That is there is a power of the government over the people, the power of the chief over subordinates, the power of parents over children, etc. Versions of the power it is a lot of. We face them daily, and to operate this process it should be interesting to any person. As almost each possesses any power and is the subordinate in any hierarchical structure of the power.
So, what such virtual concept the power?
Let's consider all making authorities.
Positive or negative colouring.
To the power there can be a negative and positive relation. And the negative relation results, to aspiration of people will get rid of this power, and also to avoid submission of this power. If it is possible, the person leaves obedience of negatively painted power. In the last centuries for creation to the authorities of stable positive image the power connected good luck or gods. The tsar named the anointed sovereign the divine or divine elect. This communication good luck allowed to save positive image even in difficult conditions. We will notice, that the positive relation to the power can be generated not only thanks to wisdom and kindness. It depends on many factors which we will consider hardly later.
Material embodiment and acknowledgement.
The power can have weight of attributes from a crown, to «a daddy's table» in family hierarchy. We will notice, that the more these attributes, the more strong the power. That attribute of the power which in a sufficient measure is realised by subordinates is naturally effective only. It is necessary constantly conducts propagation of these attributes and a reminder on them. The more people recognises attributes of the power - the more strongly the power.

But can be and other elements of behaviour: singing of a hymn of the enterprise, bows at a meeting of the higher employee, the awards to the caused a stir employees issued by the chief in identical conditions, etc.
