4Л. Componental composition of heavy resin of pyrolysis and polialkil - benzene resin


Value smolisto-asfaptenovyh substances as energy source and potential chemical raw materials is difficult for overestimating, but possibility of their use in this quality is limited to a lack of knowledge of their nature.
Hence, correct definition of structure CAB has not only the big theoretical value, but also it is extremely important from the economic point of view.
The asfalto-resinous part neftej is specific on the composition and properties and, therefore vysokoinformativna to finding-out of many questions, both genetic order, and the subsequent geochemical history neftej. From a practical side the question decision will promote fuller extraction of oil from bowels as the specified part neftej is responsible for mobility of oil.
It is known, that the asfalto-smolo-paraffin depositions formed in prizabojnoj to a zone of a layer and on the intrawell equipment, cause serious complications and result in to the big financial losses. Fallout of asphaltenes in a collector can lead to oil blockage in a pore space. Besides, paramagnetic properties neftej which carriers are asphaltenes, are widely used by searches and working out of oil deposits [102].
Disperse systems nativnyh neftej and bitumens are characterised by rather high maintenance of the paramagnetic centres caused by presence of free stable radicals and vanadilovyh of complexes.
Composition of a various sort of petroleum residue, liquid products of processing of coals, slates, peat and their components (asphaltenes, resins, etc.) [38, 87] is well enough investigated.
Earlier as modelling systems at studying of composition and properties of asphaltenes used synthetic carbon, mixes of carbon black with polyethylene, a various sort coke, mixes of the condensed aromatic compounds with porphyrins etc. [38]. In most cases such syntheticly picked up systems yielded certain similarity only for one-two physical and chemical methods of research, and at use qualitatively other methods it was not possible to reach even the remote looking alike composition nativnyh asphaltenes.
By us have been investigated by the techniques applied to neftjam componental compositions of heavy resin of pyrolysis and lolialkilbenzolnoj of resin which are a waste of processes of pyrolysis and ethyl benzene synthesis.
The objects of research given by Open Society "Nizhnekamsk - neftehim", have following characteristics: heavy resin of pyrolysis - a dark brown hydrophobic liquid, density of 1,05 g/sm, initial boiling point 160°С, viscosity 9,0 mm2/with (at t = 25°С); polialkilbenzol-. naja resin - a dark hydrophobic liquid, density of 0,98 g/sm3, initial boiling point 250°С, viscosity 5,0 mm2/with (at t = 25°С).
In tab. 4.1. Componental composition TSP and PABS is presented. Substance Issledo-bathrooms, as well as oil, consist of asphaltenes, benzene resins, spirtobenzolnyh resins and "oil" fractions.
Asfaltenopodobnye the substances evolved from TSP represent dark brown, and from PABS - black solid matter, and by the form do not differ from oil asphaltenes. Therefore further the specified substances will be called as asphaltenes TSP and PABS, accordingly or technogenic asphaltenes.

Componental composition TSP and PABS
As follows from tab.
4.1, the maintenance of oils in the investigated objects reaches 75-90 %. And it is possible to evolve with vacuum distillation PABS about 75 % of "oil" fractions with range of boiling 250-320°С, distillation TSP - to 50 %, 160-250°С, accordingly. On appearance the "oil" fractions PABS evolved with distillation represent mobile light yellow, and in case of TSP - dark green liquids.
Researches on fractionation PABS were made also on Open Society "Нижнекамскнефтехим" for the purpose of their salvaging, but results are not accessible to us owing to absence of materials in a wide seal.
The evolved components have been characterised IK the Fourier by spectroscopy. Spectrums deasfaltizatov and oils TSP and PABS are similar to spectrums of mother substances. Among oil - BS - SBS - asphaltenes fragrance and the maintenance of carbonyl groups increases.
Analysis EPR of spectrums TSP and PABS has shown, that the maintenance in them CP is comparable with maintenance CP in neftjah (700-4500-1015 otn.sp.), also makes 1009 and 1238 (-10 "otn.sp.), accordingly. And the signal form in EPR spectrums of technogenic systems is identical to the signal form in spectrums neftej.
After branch from TSP and PABS asfaltenopodobnyh substances the quantity of the paramagnetic centres decreases more than in 10 times. The evolved lube cuts practically do not contain the paramagnetic centres.

The maintenance of the paramagnetic centres in asphaltenes PABS (101-10 otn.sp./g) does not fall outside the limits, and in asphaltenes TSP (15-1018 otn.sp./g) - a little bit more low, than the maintenance of free radicals in oil asphaltenes (50-300-1018 otn.sp./g).
Presence of the paramagnetic centres in petrosimilar systems (which undoubtedly concern PABS and TSP) the fact known enough and discussed [87]. However so good coincidence of concentration CP in technogenic (PABS and TSP) and nativnyh oil systems and maintenances CP in technogenic asphaltenes with that in oil asphaltenes is revealed for the first time. The yielded fact specifies in similarity of the organisation of disperse systems of a technogenic origin and oil systems. In particular, except asphaltenes, in technogenic systems fractions benzene and spirtobenzolnyh resins which are stabilizers of asphaltenes in a solution, forming the sheaths of solvent molecules interfering sedimentation the expert-faltenov contain. Asphaltenes in technogenic systems, possibly, in turn, form colloidal structures similar to structures nativnyh asphaltenes in oil systems.
