4.3.3 Analysis of efficiency of methods of influence on productive layers of the Uzensky deposit

As of 01.01.2005г. On deposit Uzen it is extracted 355776,9 thousand м3 waters and 647287,2 thousand t t. Liquids.

Water extraction for 2004год makes 24105,6 thousand м3 and 29889,5 thousand t liquids.

Centre obvodnennost extracted production varies from 75,2 % to XIII horizons.

On the average on a deposit obvodnennost makes 80,6 %. On the chinks which have passed since past year centre obvodnennost has made 81,2 %>, on the chinks, entered of inactivity - 73,3 %, on again drilled - 60 %.

Distribution of chinks of operating extracting fund for 2004 depending on obvodnennosti production on all operational objects and on a deposit as a whole. With obvodnennostju from 50 % to 90 %> 1348 chinks (41 %) - from 46 % in layers of XV horizon to 31 %) worked. Extraction of chinks with obvodnennostju 50 %-90 % for 2004 has made 2774,4 thousand t/year, t.e 48 % from the general oil recovery (from 40 % in XVIII horizon. The saved up oil recovery on the above-named chinks makes 64832,5 thousand t., that makes only 39 %.

As a whole on XIII horizon as of 1.01.2005г. obvodnennost makes 75,2 %, on XIV horizon - 83,1 %, on XV horizon - 81,6 %, on XVI horizon - 84,6 %, on XVII horizon - 84,6 %, on XVIII horizon-77,4 %.

On deposit Uzen with 1974 for 1999 all basic methods of increase of petroreturn - hydrodynamic, thermal, physical and chemical were used.

In 2000 33 extracting chinks have been placed from drilling in operation. As a result the volume of an additional oil recovery at the expense of drilling has made 51600 t. In a year. The general expenses on input of chinks have made 6 432,7 thousand dollars.

Also in 2000 actions for influence on prizabojnuju a zone of layers of chinks are carried out, including: rearrows (140 chinks); isolation of infringement of columns (260 chinks); processing of chinks by solvents VUS (284 chinks), VUVE (306 chinks), EKV (284 chinks). The total additional oil recovery on a deposit for 2000 has made 479700 t.

Work optimisation shtangovyh deep pumps in 2000 consisted in transferring to more productive pumps with the increased diameter, escalating of a course of a rod of the pump and number of swings SHGN. The increase in diameter of pumps in 768 chinks has led to increase in volume of extraction.

For the purpose of petroreturn increase it is made zakachka the sewed polymers in 11 chinks and ARSiP in 14 chinks.

Additional extraction has made 1095 t. Oil.

In 2000 the additional oil recovery on all actions has made 480 800 t.

In 2001 80 chinks have been placed from drilling in operation, including: 61 extracting chinks, 19 forcing chinks that has led to reception of additional volume of extraction at a rate of 74469 t.

Real economic benefit caused by input of new chinks can be reached and is calculated on serviceable life end, taking into account presence of the full information - economic and technological, for all endurance of chinks.

Actions for influence on PZP chinks were made in 168 chinks. From them rearrows and dostrel 289скважинах; processing of chinks by solvents VUS in 328 extracting chinks, VUVE in 286 chinks, EKV in 328 chinks; isolation of infringement of columns in 304 chinks.

Optimisation of extraction at the expense of carrying out of such works as increase in diameter of pumps in 305 chinks it was positively reflected in productivity of chinks, that accordingly promoted reception of additional volumes of extraction of a liquid and oil.

Also in 2001 in 9 chinks are made it is repair-izoljatsionnye works, and in 30 chinks - zakachka the sewed polymers, Temposkrin zakachana to 4 chinks and ARSiP it is made in 36 chinks.

The total additional oil recovery for 2001 on all actions has made 570500 t.

In 2002 into operation it is entered from drilling of 90 new chinks. From them: 71 extracting; 19 forcing chinks.

As a result of carrying out of the yielded actions it has been follow-up extracted 90880 t. Oil.

Actions for influence on PZP chinks were made in 1518 chinks. From them: rearrows and dostrel (319 chinks); processing of chinks by solvents VUS (162 chinks); isolation of infringement of columns of 453 chinks; processing of chinks by solvents VUVE (308 chinks) and processing of chinks EKV (276 chinks).

Total additional extraction on the actions set forth above have made 701620 t. An additional oil recovery in volume 393200 t. It is provided by introduction of actions for isolation of infringement of columns. Nevertheless, efficiency of the made actions is designated also not only increase in volumes of extraction, but also maintenance of stabilisation and preservation of the reached rates of yield of oil.

Also, in 2002 actions for optimisation SHGN (the mechanised chinks), including work on increase in diameter of pumps (on 578 chinks) have been carried out. On the made aforementioned works additional extraction at a rate of 264 000т is received. Oil.

For increase in selection of a liquid from a deposit in 2002 in 30 chinks works on zakachke the sewed polymeric systems, in 53 chinks of technology depresionnoj punching are carried out, in 20 chinks are made termobarohimobrabotka and in 31 chink are executed is repair-izoljatsionnye works. After realisation of the yielded geologo-technical action it is padding from these chinks it is extracted 27309 t. Oil.

The total additional oil recovery for 2002 on all actions has made 1083800 t. Oil. The comparative analysis on all actions made in 2002году has shown, that the most effective both from a position of bulk volumes of extraction, and from a position of profitability of production, actions for optimisation of duties shtangovyh deep pumps and carrying out of actions for influence on PZP chinks are.

In 2003 into operation it is entered from drilling of 90 new chinks. From them: 60 extracting; 30 forcing chinks.

As a result of carrying out of the yielded actions it has been follow-up extracted 133800 t. Oil.

Actions for influence on PZP chinks were made in 1509 chinks. From them: rearrows and dostrel (410 chinks); processing of chinks by solvents VUS (106 chinks); isolation of infringement of columns of 465 chinks; processing of chinks by solvents VUVE (248 chinks) and processing of chinks EKV (280 chinks).

Total additional extraction on the actions set forth above have made 206,8 thousand t. An additional oil recovery in volume 329000 t. It is provided by introduction of actions for isolation of infringement of columns. Nevertheless, efficiency of the made actions is designated also not only increase in volumes of extraction, but also maintenance of stabilisation and preservation of the reached rates of yield of oil.

In 2003 actions for optimisation works SHGN including work on increase of diameter of pumps on 704 chinks have been carried out. As a result of the made works additional extraction - 83370 t is received. Oil.

For increase in selection of a liquid in 2003 new technologies on influence on PZP in 467 chinks are implanted. Works on zakachke the sewed polymeric systems in 60 chinks are carried out, in 106 chinks technologies depressionnoj punching are made, in 41 chinks are made termobarohimobrabotka and in 10 chinks are executed is repair-izoljatsionnye works. After realisation of actions it is follow-up extracted 196000 t. Oil.

The total additional oil recovery for 2003 on all geologo-technical actions has made 898120 t. Oil. The comparative analysis on all actions made in 2003 has shown, that the most effective both from a position of bulk volumes of extraction, and from a position of profitability of production, actions for optimisation of duties shtangovyh deep pumps and carrying out of actions for influence on PZP chinks are.

The Technical and economic analysis GTM, made in 2004г is characterised by the most significant input of chinks in operation from drilling, namely 95 new chinks. From them 79 extracting, 16 forcing chinks. On again drilled oil wells it is follow-up extracted 265,9 thousand t. Oil, including on 13 horizon - 171,4 thousand t., on 14 horizon - 40,5 thousand t. And on 17 horizon of 23,5 thousand t. In oil-field practice of deposit Uzen processings prizabojnoj zones of chinks by a water-hydrocarbonaceous emulsion, an emulsion of complex influence and zakachkoj viscoelastic compositions are traditionally applied. For 2004 it has been made 1124 (35 %фонда) chinks of processings prizabojnyh zones of layers:

For the purpose of restriction of flow of water in 383 chinks OPZ with zakachkoj viscoelastic compositions on the basis of PAA. The positive result is received in 137 skvazhino-processings (36 %>). The saved up additional oil recovery - 11909 t., at centre duration of effect of 15 days.

The positive effect at the expense of carrying out GDRP is observed in 73 % of chinks. In 27 % extracting chinks change of petroreturn of layers as a result of carrying out GDRP it is not observed.

The most notable increase of productivity of chinks is observed after carrying out of hydraulic tearing up of a layer, extraction of additional oil from which has made 79,3 % from all implanted new technologies of influence on a layer. Debit oil of chinks after carrying out GRP increases, on the average, more than in 3,5 times. On 4,5 % of additional oil it is received after processing of productive layers "Temposkrinom" and zakachkoj Union of Right Forces. The least effect (1,2 %) is received from application of technologies ARSIP and EV. At definition of the additional saved up oil recovery on 1 skvazhino-operation - 58,7 %> extraction are necessary on processing GRP, 15,7 %) - on influence GDRP, 17,9 % - on reperforatsiju layers and depressionnaja punching makes 9,3 % of all additional oil on 1 skvazhino-operation.

Input of new chinks from drilling, recovery on overlying horizon, layer hydrotearing up is provided with significant additional volumes of an oil recovery, thus carrying out and realisation of these works demands an investment of the significant means necessary on their realisation. Such actions as, rearrows and dostrel, isolation of infringement of the columns, the sewed polymeric systems, optimisation of extraction SHGN provide oil recovery stabilisation.

Various methods of influence were applied to the decision of problems of increase in current petroextraction on deposit Uzen on productive layers, including commissioning of new chinks and chinks after repairs, carrying out GRP, is repair-izoljatsionnyh works, perestrelov and dostrelov, optimisation of work of extracting chinks, etc.

Thus, on technical and economic indexes in the conditions of transferring of thermal power station of Kazakhstan to market system of an estimation of made geologo-technical actions [44] on chinks it is preferable to use on deposit Uzen as the most effective technology of increase in efficiency of chinks GGRP zakachku TEMPOSKRINA, as potokootklonjajushchuju technology of increase in petroreturn of layers.

The greatest technical and economic effect in the conditions of the Uzensky oil deposit technologies glubokopronikajushchego hydrotearing up (GGRP) a layer both zakachka yield Union of Right Forces and TEMPOSKRINA in quality potokootklonjajushchih agents at influence on a layer.
