1.4 Basic conclusions under the literary review and research problem statement

The basic conclusions

There is an actual problem of incomplete observability and controllability of process of rectification - of the oil, consisting in inexact performance of optimum tasks of top levels at level of local technological process (a separate rectification column).

Existence of this problem is caused by following reasons:

• distinctions of composition of the raw materials used at optimum planning and actual quality of raw materials, manufactured by installations rektifika tsii

• complexity and duration of procedure of identification of oil and inevitable loss of adequacy of data for operating control

• application as criteria of degree of performance of optimum tasks of top level of integrated indexes of quality.

The most perspective direction of the decision of a problem of incomplete observability are systems of intellectual measurements. As those models of indirect operative estimations on the basis of the verified information from different sources (first of all by means of the determined models) can act.

Statement of research problems For increase of accuracy of performance of optimum tasks of top level of management by oil refining it is necessary to find ways of correct decomposition of global criterion on the local. For this purpose it is necessary to identify typical models of process of rectification in columns of various type structurally and parametricheski, including to investigate influence of primary factors, namely componental features of manufactured entrance streams of raw materials (X), features of the equipment () and operating influences (U), on transformation on the equation (1.1) inputs Hv yields To in the positioned condition (in a statics) and to define funktsional/, connecting (obvious or implicit image) thermodynamic efficiency and power inputs with operating influences (U)

The primary goals of the yielded work can be formulated as follows:

Identifications of typical models of a statics of process of rectification by means of methods of the determined thermodynamic modelling.

On the basis of results of identification of typical models of a statics of rectification to define the basic features of essentially nonlinear problem of optimisation of rectification, to choose and prove ways of its decision and criterion of an optimality of a mode of rectification.

To choose and prove methodology of a problem (subsystem) of operative identification of properties of manufactured oil in a real time mode.

To develop the complex of programmno-mathematical means providing the decision of a problem of operative identification of properties of raw materials and products per -

vichnogo divisions, potentials of fractions and actual selections from potentials, and also an estimation of the general condition of process (including the providing as much as possible adapted graphic representation of results of interpretation, as in a general view, and scanning in demanded levels of detailed elaboration).

5. To develop algorithm of the optimised process control of primary division of oil on the basis of the chosen criterion of an optimality.
