INTRODUCTION

Theme urgency

Successful development of a national economy of Kazakhstan as it is specified in the message of President N.A.Nazarbaeva to the people, depends on a condition and increase of an overall performance of a fuel and energy complex in which the oil and gas industry is one of the cores.

Prospects of development of a petroleum industry are defined by creation of a reliable raw-material base at the expense of carrying out of geologo-prospecting works, perfection of technology of working out of oil deposits and application of new methods and technologies of increase of petroreturn of layers.

Within last decades there was a continuous deterioration of a qualitative condition of a raw-material base of the oil-extracting industry owing to significant development of stocks of the highly productive deposits which are in long operation. In structure trudnoizvlekaemyh stocks the most part is occupied with residual stocks of oil in vyrabogannyh deposits, and also stocks in nizkopronitsaemyh collectors, deposits of high-viscosity oil, etc. In these ^uslovijah efficiency of operation of deposits cannot be provided only at the expense of traditional methods zavodnenija. Considering, that the role of the specified stocks in the long term will increase, for their profitable working out creation and application of modern methods and technologies of increase in petroreturn of layers is necessary.

Actual problem is search and the decision of problems doizvlechenija residual oil of the Uzensky oil deposit of Kazakhstan where relative density trudnoizvlekaemyh stocks is high.

For the 40-year-old period of operation almost all its areas have entered late and finishing stages. Significant stocks on them are already selected, drop daily average debity oil on all fund of chinks at high obvodnennosti extracted production. At the same time in its bowels there were even more 70 % of balance stocks of oil.

Last years for oil recovery increase drilling new and commissioning of standing idle chinks, carrying out GRP in large scales, application of modern technologies with use of polymeric compositions is widely enough used. For last years it was possible not only to stop oil recovery falling, but also to achieve its growth. But specified above ' methods are directed on increase in coverage of stocks by working out process. Perspective there is a direction on increase in a share of oil in extracted obvodnennoj to production at the expense of increase in degree of extraction of residual oil.

The major problem is increase of petroreturn of developed layers and reduction of volumes of in passing extracted water with application effective for concrete deposits of methods of influence on a layer and, in particular, doizvlechenija residual oil in the washed out zones of layers. Experimental and geologo-trade substantiation of technologies doizvlechenija residual oil and increase of productivity of chinks at late and finishing stages of working out of oil deposits with terrigennymi polimiktovymi collectors.

The primary goals of researches

Choice of reagents and experimental researches of efficiency of their influence on productive layers of deposit Uzen both for petroreturn increase, and for increase of efficiency and susceptibility of chinks.

Experimental researches of replacement of petroleum crude (hard currency. 2352 XIII horizon) water from the bulk models of a collector prepared from quartz sand and a milled core (hard currency.

6602 XIII horizon).

3. Possibility experimental researches doizvlechenija mikro - residual oil after zavodnenija productive layers with application of effective reagents.

4. Laboratory researches of change of filtratsionno-capacitor properties of model of a collector at influence by an acid composition "HIMEKO ТК-2".

The analysis of dynamics of the basic indexes of working out and work of chinks of XIII horizon of deposit Uzen on trade data.

The analysis of efficiency of methods of influence on productive layers of the Uzensky deposit by results of trade tests.

Scientific novelty of work

The formula of a reagent is offered and the technology for increase in factor of replacement for obvodnennyh nizkopronitsaemyh polimiktovyh collectors (XIII horizon of deposit Uzen) is proved.

The technology for tamponirovanija obvodnennyh nizkopronitsaemyh polimiktovyh collectors (XIII horizon of deposit Uzen) with application of the reagent offered in work is proved.

The technology for processing of chinks for the purpose of increase in efficiency of chinks on the basis of application of an acid composition "HIMEKO ТК-2" is proved.

For the first time it was used ground not ekstragirovannyj a core from a chink of 6602 XIII horizon for creation of bulk model partially gidrofobizovannogo a collector.

For the first time petroleum crude (a chink of 2352 XIII horizon) as model which on the composition is close to sheet oil in zavodnennyh layer zones was used.

Influence of increase in speed of prorolling of water, through the bulk model washed out by water from ground not ekstragirovannogo a core is investigated. It is positioned that the increase in speed of prorolling of water result ins to growth of factor of replacement of oil that corresponds to display of properties partially gidrofobizovannogo a collector.

Possibility of identification of displays of properties of wettability of a collector of bulk model on dynamics of a yield of oil and water from model is positioned.

Possibility of identification of displays of properties of wettability of a layer-collector on dynamics of change of an oil recovery and obvodennosti production of chinks is positioned.

The practical importance Results of laboratory researches and the made geologo-trade analysis of working out of XIII horizon have allowed to recommend effective reagents as for doizvlechenija to residual oil in the washed out layers, and for increase of efficiency and susceptibility of chinks for practical use on deposit Uzen.
