3.3. Scheduling of a network of gasoline stations with use of information technologies

As it has been specified above, basic elements of a distributive network considered by us are oil base (NB), the gasoline station (gas station) and the motor transportation enterprise (ATP), carrying out function of physical distribution of mineral oil from NB to the gas station.

Introduction of modern information technologies in process of functioning of the yielded distributive network will allow to receive a number of advantages, in our opinion: in - the first to optimise processes of operative interaction of elements; secondly, to reduce time for information processing in system, to provide its fast reacting on occurring changes, adaptation to a developing situation that is especially actual in the conditions of so-called «fuel crises»; thirdly, to optimise process of scheduling of elements of a distributive network.

Formation of the uniform information system serving management by a stream of distribution of a finished stock (automobile topliv), in our opinion, should pass with use of principles of network technologies and, hence, include following stages:

Tuning up of the communication environment;

Formation of information subsystems of each of objects (NB, the gas station, ATP).

Today process of information data exchange between the specified elements of a distributive network of mineral oil is carried out mainly with use of telephone channels. The schema of information streams between the gas station, ATP both a tank farm and sequence of information processing is presented in drawing 3.12. Apparently from the resulted schema, process of an information exchange begins with inquiry of the manager of the gas station about a tank farm about possibility of delivery of party of fuel. Here it is necessary to notice, that such inquiry is made daily, but can be formed and vneplanovo, taking into account operative conditions of functioning of the gas station, and necessity of such inquiry is estimated by the manager of the gas station ekspertno. In case of the positive answer of a tank farm to inquiry the demand with instructions potrebnogo quantities of automobile fuel by kinds is made. Then under the same schema the coordination about possibility of transportation of necessary volume of mineral oil with the motor transportation enterprise is manufactured. On the basis of the gasoline station demand the motor transportation enterprise makes the graph of discharge of a rolling stock next days. In the conditions of critical demand for automobile fuel such demands are processed operatively. After decor of the necessary travelling documentation the vehicle goes on a tank farm where after loading commodity-transport documents are made. Definitive decor of accompanying documents is manufactured at a gasoline station after fuel drainage in tanks.

Information system Abundantly clear, that the similar schema of information streams cannot be recognised by optimum as, first, the algorithm of consecutive advance and information processing in this case is realised, that excludes possibility of synchronisation of performance of operations; in - the second, available duplication of the information also is negatively reflected in quality of information system as a whole.

The offered elementary diagramme of information streams after system introduction is presented in drawing 3.13.

In this case formation by a gasoline station of uniform electronic inquiry about automobile fuel by kinds, and also on vehicles is provided. After reception of inquiry and its processing the personnel of a tank farm or sends the demand on ATP with the simultaneous notice of the gas station (in case of the positive answer to inquiry), or will readdress inquiry about other tank farm. On the basis of data about a vehicle, received from ATP, and information in the gas station demand, on a tank farm are made necessary commodity-transport papers. The arrived vehicle after loading receives a ready package of accompanying documents then follows on a gasoline station.

Introduction of the similar schema, in our opinion, will allow to overcome the lacks specified above, characteristic for traditional information streams. Use of operations of readdressing of messages in the communication environment will allow to avoid information duplication, will raise efficiency of processing of inquiries, that essentially, in our opinion, will reduce time of processing of the demand. The provided electronic data exchange between elements of a distributive network with the subsequent decor of the necessary documentation will reduce time of organizational idle times of vehicles for a tank farm.

Thus, we define the elementary diagramme of information streams within the limits of a distributive network «the Tank farm - the gas station». The following

Information system

Development cycle of information system is the choice of information technology.

The analysis of existing workings out in the field of a supply with information of distributive networks, and also the modern literature on new information technologies [19, 147, etc.] has allowed us to draw a conclusion on expediency of construction of information system of a network of the gas station on the basis of application of Internet-technologies, in particular technologies Baikonur [147]. The architecture of information system offered by us, all-in elements of a distributive network, is presented in drawing 3.14.

In the yielded system server Baikonur is the multilegal server of appendices supporting along with post reports reports HTTP, FTP, Gopher, Finger and HOP. Baikonur operates start and stoppage of appendices of server bed, each of which can simultaneously work with several reports that solves a problem of a variety of reports used by clients.

The centralised database of a tank farm is created on a basis SQL - a server processing inquiries from server appendices.

Following step to creation of uniform information system of a distributive network «the Tank farm - the gas station» is working out of information subsystems of its elements. It is obvious, that process of working out of similar information subsystems is labour-consuming enough and can act as a subject of separate research, therefore we will stop in more details only at its some stages - the description of the entrance and target information of each of elements of information system in a context of a considered problem of scheduling of a network of the gas station, logic structures of databases, the description of the basic program modules.

1. A gasoline station

The basic functions which are carried out by an information subsystem of the gas station, are registration-analytical and planned.

With use of technology Baikonur

Registration-analytical function is carried out on the basis of continuous monitoring of process of distribution automobile topliv. The basic information objects in this case are: «quantity of the served clients», «quantity of the realised fuel by kinds», «incomes of realisation automobile topliv by kinds», «the rest topliv by kinds in gas station tanks», «receipt topliv by kinds».

Planned function is realised with use of a resultant of the analytical information taking into account models of consumption of fuel. The basic information object - «potrebnoe quantity of fuel by kinds».

The created information subsystem demands presence of the following entrance information: data of cash registers, indications of the gauges positioned on fuel-distributing columns, indications of the gauges positioned on tanks of the gas station. Thus, the control over the specified information streams allow to realise continuous monitoring of movement of mineral oil with reference to the separate gas station.

The target information in the yielded subsystem are the inquiries-demands directed on a tank farm and ATP. The structure of similar documents includes data about potrebnom quantity of fuel by kinds, delivery time.

The resultant the information is represented in the form of the reports created by means of subd. In the report (fig. 3.15) the information on the expense and the fuel rests in the gas station tank by kinds and hours of days, and also calculated prognoznoe time of sending of the demand-order is presented.

Tank farm.

Functions of an information subsystem of a tank farm are similar to functions of a subsystem of the gas station. The basic information objects - «quantity of the fuel released by the gas station by kinds», «the fuel rest by kinds in tanks (oil storages», «receipt of fuel with NPZ», «order size on NPZ».

The entrance information - inquiries-demands of the gas station, the indication of gauges of tanks, points of fulness and pipelines.

The structure of a database of a tank farm is presented in table 3.7.

The motor transportation enterprise

The basic functions which are carried out within the limits of an information subsystem of the motor transportation enterprise, operational planning and management functions are. Result of realisation of the specified functions is drawing up of the operative graph of service of the gas station.
