1.2 Technological purposes and criteria of their achievement. Statement of a technological problem of rectification of oil

The rectification column is an extreme case of decomposition of rectifying production at a stage, i.e. maximally simple block still conserving all basic features of process as of those. The main conceptual question of supervision and management of a rectification column is the choice of the purpose and criteria of an estimation of degree of its achievement.

The purpose defines the system designation, sense of its existence and functioning in the external industrial environment. From the formal point of view the optimum control purpose is narrowing of a set of values of yields of system Y* to some area of the purpose

Technological process the area of purpose К* should be set by means of criterion of a production efficiency. The criterion of a management efficiency (KEU) should reflect quality of management. KEU share on two sorts:

KEU the first sort - degree of achievement of the purpose, i.e. distance of g from area of purpose Y* defined in the metrics of space Y. These KEU it is possible to carry to KEU statics;

KEU the second sort - an efficiency estimation (in some chosen sense) paths of achievement of the purpose. It is defined as some function F (u, w, y)-> extr at additional restrictions F ' (W, Y)
