THE CONCLUSION

Generalising results of the spent researches, it is possible to draw a conclusion, that in the dissertation have received development scientific bases of maintenance ekologicheyoskoj safety of objects of building at the expense of application of devices passivyonogo solar heating.

Following basic results are received:

1. The analysis of existing technologies of designing energoefyofektivnyh buildings with application of devices of passive solar heating, and also methods of maintenance of environmental safety of objects of building and their estimation power and ecological efficiency is made.

2. The algorithm of a predesign estimation geliopotentsiala a site of building for the purpose of application in objects placed on it stroitelyostva devices of passive solar heating is developed, and also recommendations about management of working out and perfection architecturally-planirovochnyh, layout decisions with use of passive solar heating in objects of building are given at their designing depending on an indicator geyoliopotentsiala a building site.

3. The analysis of climatic characteristics of Southern federal and North Caucasian districts therefore it has been developed three maps of the isolines intended for acceleration, simplification and work optimisation on designing energoeffektivnyh the buildings promoting improvement of ecological conditions of urban lands is carried out.

4. Indicators of a complex estimation ecological bezopasnoyosti objects of building with devices of passive solar heating are offered: ekoyologicheskaja efficiency, cost, comfort and an aesthetic indicator.

5. The technique of increase of environmental safety vnovstrojashchihsja and reconstructed objects of building for the account primeneyonija devices of passive solar heating is developed.

6. The analysis of strategy of a sustainable development on foreign and domestic experience has allowed to develop the scientific approach according to decrease otritsatelyonogo influences on ecological mediuim at the expense of increase energoeffektivyonosti objects of building in the course of their exploitation.

7. Numerical researches on the developed mathematical model of an estimation of influence UPSN in energoeffektivnom a building on improvement ekoyologicheskoj safety of environment are executed.

The carried out researches have shown expediency of use of the developed technique of increase of environmental safety of objects of building at a stage of their designing at the expense of passive solar heating and allow to give following recommendations:

- The estimation geliopotentsiala a site of building and a choice most tseleyosoobraznogo a kind applied UPSN is expedient for carrying out at stages of the predesign offer and the technical-and-economic assessment;

- The introduced maps of isolines of graduso-days of the heating period and solar radiation essentially simplify and accelerate process of definition of initial data about district of the building, necessary for an estimation energeyoticheskih and ecological indexes of objects of building and can be razyorabotany for all territory of the Russian Federation;

- The ways used in work mathematical and computer moyodelirovanija are universal and are applicable for a complex estimation of indicators of environmental safety and energoeffektivnosti objects stroyoitelstva;

- Results of researches can be used at formation of requirements to designing and reconstruction of objects of building in kliyomaticheskih conditions of the south of the Russian Federation;

- The recommendations offered in the dissertation about increase ekologicheyoskoj safety by working out and perfection architecturally-planiro -

vochnyh and layout decisions of building objects with application eneryogoeffektivnyh, resursosberegajushchih technologies of passive solar heating can form a basis for a sustainable development biosferosovmestiyomyh cities and settlements in climatic parametres of the south of Russia.
