3.1 Approbation of a technique of an estimation of level of innovative development of the enterprises of an industrial complex on an example of Irkutsk area

As object for technique approbation the enterprises promyshlennoyogo a complex of Irkutsk area as a whole have acted.

The Irkutsk area is large industrial region. In promyshyolennosti areas the greatest development nonferrous machine industry, mechanical engineering, himiyocheskaja and the petrochemical industry, food and ferrous metallurgy has acquired wood, derevoobrabatyvajuyoshchaja the industry, fuel.

The resulted indicators of an industrial production index of Irkutsk area testify to dynamical development of the given branch of economy.

Among the largest enterprises of an industrial complex Irkutsk obyolasti we will note the following:

Open Society «Angarsk petrochemical combine» ("ANHK") - the largest enterprise of of Angarsk of the Irkutsk area, including neposredstvenyono oil refining factory, a chemical plant, commodity-raw proyoizvodstvo.

2. Open Society «Brotherly timber industry complex» ("BLPK") - the enterprise with the big raw, technical and technological potential; makes more than 20 % of all Russian cellulose and about 10 % of a cardboard.

3. Open Society «Brotherly aluminium factory» - the largest aluminium factory in Russia and in the world. Makes 30 % of all made in Russia and 4 % mirovoyogo aluminium. Is a part of aluminium company "РУСАЛ".

4. Open Society ON «Irkutsk factory of heavy engineering» - one of krupyonejshih machine works in territory of Russia, specialises on production of drags for a gold mining.

5. Open Society «Korshunovsky mountain-concentrating combine» (a city iron - gorsk-Ylym, Irkutsk area) - an industrial complex on extraction and enrichment of iron ore. Is a part of Open Society "Mechel".

6. «The Irkutsk aluminium factory» (IrkAZ) is one of the oldest aluminium factories of Eastern Siberia and is a part United komyopanii «the Russian aluminium» (UC Rusal).

7. Open Company «Irkutsk petroleum company» includes group of the companies attending to geological studying, investigation and extraction of hydrocarbonic raw materials on deposits and licence plots of Eastern Siberia and in soyosednih regions.

As information basis for an estimation of level of innovative development of the enterprises of the personal computer of Irkutsk area data Irkutskstata and Rosstata on which basis we had been developed the indicators characterising innovative activity of the personal computer in region during 2007-2011 (tab. 3.2) have served.

Having calculated complex estimations of innovative development of the enterprises of an industrial complex in a cut of blocks according to resulted earlier algoyoritmu (fig. 2.13), we will start a following stage. All necessary results we will reduce in tab. 3.

For more evident submission of an integrated estimation of innovative development of the industry of Irkutsk area in dynamics we will construct a phase portrait (fig. 3.1).
