2.2 Choice of the optimum tool environment of modelling of business processes of the enterprise
The choice of the optimum tool environment of modelling business - of processes of the enterprise is one of the key moments of realisation of "through" management. It is connected with that circumstance, that acceptance of administrative decisions by management in practice should base not only on theoretical concepts (theoretical aspects of the organisation of "through" management with allowance for etapnosti life cycle of a made product in details enough are described by us in the previous materials of the dissertation), but also on convenient and clear administrative tools. In rapid development of information-communication technologies, universal tsifrovizatsii systems of management [82], these tools should assume use of computer possibilities of modelling and visualisation.
The standard, standard approach is the choice of toolkit of modelling of business processes on the basis of the comparable analysis of existing software products for modelling of business processes on the basis of an estimation of their functionality. The Internet project «Corporate management» has presented results the review of possibilities of some systems business-modelirovanija83 [84]. In Everyones E. I, Zueva A. G, Socks. V, Kiselyov With. P, Sidorenko E. V, Sljusarenko A. I, Tresko I. A is allocated with following criteria of a choice of the tool environment of modelling of business processes: - Stable position of a product in the market (term of its existence, the program of development of a product, system of reports on problems, set of applications, etc.); - Prevalence of a product (quantity of the sold licences, availability, the size and level of activity of the user group); - Availability of support of the supplier. Such services can include telephone «a hot line», technical and consulting support through the representative of the supplier in Russia; - Availability of training. Training can be conducted in territory of the representative of the supplier in Russia, the user or somewhere in other place; - Availability of materials on a product. They can include computer teaching materials, manuals, books, articles, the information on the Internet, demoversions [85 [86] [87] According to the Internet project «Corporate management» 86 it is necessary to choose a product, being based on such criteria, as: possibility of the multiuser work, methods of submission of results, the interface and ergonomics, availability of the documentation and technical support, a request to hardware and to the software, cost. The carried out research allows to assert, that a universal technique of a choice of the tool environment of modelling of business processes of the enterprise is not produced. Throughout the carried out research and for giving to it of an applied orientation and the concrete contents for group of companies KEAZ we had been carried out a choice of the optimum tool environment of modelling of business processes of the enterprise among six software products: Business Studio; the Business engineer (Bitek); the ORG-MASTER About; Bizagi BPM Modeler; IBM WebSphere Business Modeler; ARIS Business Performance Edition. The scheme of realisation of a choice (the generalised model of acceptance of the corresponding decision) is presented in drawing 18. To carry out a choice of the optimum software (ON), it is necessary to evaluate the systems set forth above and to compare to necessary criteria at work. We will analyse data about the sold licences for products of the domestic and foreign companies for the last 5 years. Results we will bring in table 26. Further we will distribute the given systems of modelling of business processes on functionality by means of expert judgements and we will bring results in table 27.
