1.3.4 Methodology RSPP

Methodology RSPP [171] is the adapted variant of methodology GRI for Russia. The base indicators of productivity offered in methodology RSPP, are developed with allowance for

the principles Ur proclaimed in the international standards and the Russian legislation, and also with allowance for practice of the leading world companies.

These indicators are offered for use by the companies by preparation nefinansovyh (in particular, reports in area Ur), and also in control systems for the organisation of monitoring, the control and an estimation of key results of activity in area Ur (according to the concept of a triune result).

In this case, the indicator is the qualitative or quantitative measuring instrument giving submission about achievements on various aspects of activity of the company. As aspects separate thematic areas on which monitoring of the achievements which are of interest for groups of interested parties (for example, employment, production and services, economic productivity) is conducted are allocated.

Allocate following basic functions of base indicators

1. Reflect principles of the Social charter of the Russian business and the Global agreement of the United Nations (principles of responsible business dealing)

2. Are the tool of interaction with interested parties

3. Support systems of estimations of indicators Ur established standard and voluntary initiatives

4. Help the organisations with creation of system of the balanced and adequate submission about their economic, ecological and social indicators of activity

5. Help to improve control systems in the organisation, to raise efficiency of monitoring, the control and an estimation of key results of work of the organisation

6. Promote comparability of results and the information in nefinansovyh the various organisations (that can be used, including, for drawing up of ratings in area Ur)

In offered methodology 48 indicators from which 29 are the cores (that is, are of interest for the majority of interested parties and are considered

essential) are considered.

In the table (the Appendix, Table 24) are resulted the indicators characterising progress of the company on base indicators, offered RSPP. Colour allocates additional indicators which can be essential to some organisations, but are not such for the majority. Advantage of methodology RSPP with reference to the companies working in Russia, is its adaptation to the Russian conditions, and also izmerimye indicators (unlike SAM in which methodology concrete evaluated indicators do not reveal), and also wider coverage of aspects of effect in comparison with methodology Global 100. It is necessary to notice also that fact, that the basic indicators evaluated according to the approach, offered RSPP, are directed on an estimation of results in social sphere unlike ecological
