Conclusions under Chapter 1.

In dissertational research by the author the concept Ur the companies, including principles Ur at company level (the adapted principles of a triune result), criterion Ur the companies, factors of realisation of the concept Ur at corporate level (external and internal stimulus to introduction of principles Ur)

In Chapter 1 main principles Ur at level of the company and criterion of an estimation of level Ur are opened, and also use possibilities design-porftelnogo the approach for management of activity in a part Ur are analysed.

Factors of realisation of the concept Ur will be analysed in Chapter 2 (theoretical aspect) and Chapter 3 (the analysis of the Russian practice). Practical aspects of controlling mechanisms Ur will be presented in Chapter 3.

Novelty of the offered approach consists in synthesis of two concepts: corporate responsibility as the practical tool of management and a sustainable development on global

level as object of studying of macroeconomic and branch economy. The concept offered by the author, allows to adapt the general postulates of a sustainable development for their application in a business management.

on the basis of the analysis of theoretical base on a question Ur the author had been introduced the following basic definitions used in dissertational research:

Ur at company level - the approach to a business management, based on creation of long-term value for wide group stejkholderov, including among other future generation, by management economic, ecological and social factors.

level Ur the companies - the settlement size defining degree of conformity of characteristics of the company to criteria of the appraiser.

the corporate program Ur - a strategic plan of action for value creation in long-term prospect with allowance for all aspects of activity of the company in social, ecological and social spheres.
