1.1 Orderings of the conceptual device and revealing of features of industrial-economic and commercial activity of communication statements

the Decision of any problem begins with definition of a being of a studied subject, that is from terminological clearness. Terms «industrial activity», "is industrial-economic activities" exist for a long time.
Aristotle subdivided economic activities into economy (house management, domostroj and other activity with the purposes of satisfaction of requirements) and hrematistiku (the industrial and commercial activity directed on accumulation of riches without dependence from its use) [27]. The retrospective analysis (drawing 1.1), presented With. G.Kara-Murzoj in [28], allows to draw a conclusion that without dependence from concept structure «industrial activity» consumption (in not market conditions) or also profit/accumulation (in market economy) can be its purpose only. Medical services, services of culture, tourism, formation can be carried to welfare services etc. If to analyse 1.2 schemes of industrial and commercial activity resulted in drawing on granting of services and the service term, according to Gosstandart it becomes obvious, that the resulted treatments of industrial and commercial activity do not consider very important feature of service - as production of services practically in all cases inseparably from their consumption (whether it be a telecommunication service or services of the hairdresser, service of public catering establishments or transportation services) on a process input of "service production» the consumer should appear also. Besides, according to service definition (service - result of interaction of the consumer and the executor), the consumer can participate and in the course of service production (for example, operating technological process of an establishment of connection). Thus, it is possible to draw following conclusions: 1 Terms «industrial activity» also "is industrial-economic activities" are synonyms. Commercial activity, unlike industrial, pursues the profit taking aim; commercial activity supplements industrial as consists in the organisation and a sales promotion of made production/services for the purpose of profit taking. 2 In connection with the made clarification of terms by object of dissertational research is: - Industrial activity of a communication statement which is characterised by an input (resources), an exit (ready production/services) and process of transformation of resources in finished goods.
