5. The method of consecutive optimisation of a portfolio of projects for increase of productivity of the program Ur the companies

One of significant differences of projects of a sustainable development from traditional business projects is their noncommercial orientation. Thus, at a stage kategorizatsii and estimations of projects should be applied the approaches which are distinct from standard techniques of an estimation of commercial projects.

the projects, which efficiency cannot be evaluated directly, it is accepted to evaluate by means of introduction of so-called controllable parametres which represent a project end result. The criteria offered for an estimation of projects on increase of level of a sustainable development of the company, consider three aspects of a sustainable development of the company: ecological, social, economic.

And though an ultimate goal of all projects directed on increase of level of a sustainable development of the company, improvement of indicators of results of activity of the company is, the contribution of projects of a sustainable development to achievement of strategic targets of the company is evaluated in some stages and for portfolio formation controllable parametres - measured outer effects are used. In dissertational research a number of indicators for measurement of productivity of projects Ur on which basis the system of selection of projects is formed is offered.

for formation of a portfolio of projects of a sustainable development of the company the method of valuation of projects, their rangings of projects on a relative value of increase of level Ur (the relation of expenses for increase of level Ur is offered at project realisation) and optimising model of selection of projects. The offered optimising model allows to generate a portfolio leading to the maximum increase of level Ur of the company at observance of some restrictions:

- a budget constraint;

- restriction on a maximum quantity of realised projects;

- restriction on separate aspects Ur;

- restriction on a minimum share of the purposes which can be reached at realisation of projects.

also the offered approach includes elements of balancing of a portfolio of projects on separate aspects of influence and on terms.
