Juncus tenuis Willd. - Sitnik thin

- a North American grassy plant (Vinogradova, etc., 2010). The kind is noted for the first time in the Great Britain in 1795 or 1796 and now was naturalized in many countries of Europe (Alien flora..., 2008).
In territory of Average Russia Juncus tenuis it is marked about 1922-1923 in the Moscow area (MW), and in the Voronezh area - since 1982 (LE). Under modern data in region sitnik the thin is characterised by sporadic spatial placing, prefers shady places on coast of the rivers, edges of wood, a roadside of roads.
