The concept of the language person was included into scientific use rather recently. Its origin is connected with development of the kognitivno-communicative approach in modern linguistics and in many respects is based on I.A.Boduena's ideas de Kurtene. V.V. The big contribution to working out of the theory of the language person has brought JU.N.sentr. So, the professional language person of the employee of bank is a cumulative language image of the person which is formed and embodied in process of realisation of professional work of workers of sphere of the finance.

The professional thesaurus of the employee of bank is determined, in - the first, a number of units of a verbally-associative network; secondly, ideas, kontseptami, developing in uniform system of values; thirdly, values which are transferred in the course of communications of people, i.e.

Key criteria of speech competence of the employee of modern bank are accuracy, clearness, normativnost. Thus the speech behaviour includes not only the certain thesaurus, grammar, but also communication strategy in the conditions of office dialogue: possession of culture of thinking, an establishment of effective dialogue, ability to organise activity of the small group created for realisation of the concrete economic project. Formation of high level of speech culture defines success of performance of official duties, and also directly is reflected in the main economic indicator - profits.

Speech competence (competence) of employees of banks consists in ability logically and clearly to inform, use of correct speech receptions for attraction of attention of an audience. Moreover, speech competence (competence) includes technics of speech (rate, diction, speech errors, possession of terminological base). We mean «the qualifying characteristic of the individual taken at the moment of its inclusion in activity» By competence (competence) [Elkonin, 2003, with. 3]. We osoznanno unite concepts "competence" and "competence" to avoid terminological mess. It is necessary to notice, that one of the main criteria of the professional speech competence is acquaintance and the use of professional terminology of corresponding professional culture.

High level of professional speech will allow the professional language person to remain competitive on a labour market, adequately to operate in various social and economic conditions, actively to participate in business negotiations.

It is obviously important to underline, that for professional work in bank sphere, certainly, a number of the features inherent only in it and influencing formation of the language person of representatives of the present trade is characteristic. We will consider them in more details.

1. Bank activity is under construction on certain structure which sets a detailed regulation of any activity. The bank structure includes following elements: the subject (bank), object (client), the purposes (the dynamic development aimed at increase of capitalisation, constant expansion of client base etc.), functions (accumulation of free money resources), methods (the financial analysis).

Having considered their similarities and distinction, we could see specificity of separate groups and subgroups of the terms entering in general terminopole.
