chapter 3. PERSPECTIVE DIRECTIONS EFFEKTIVNOGOFUNKTSIONIROVANIJA of MODERN CHILDREN'S NEWSPAPERS

As a whole the main problems of the Russian market of the children's press are reduced to specificity of age of an audience and social functions carried out by it, therefore necessity of a government program of support of mass media for children and teenagers for the account of the means allocated with the state budget, is obvious [262 [263] [264].
We will stop on some specific recommendations to editions of the children's editions connected with age and psychological features of readers. Work with a children's audience demands special delicacy and the filigree approach, therefore ways and interaction mechanisms should be adequate to age. It is necessary to avoid primitivizatsii and excessive karnavalnosti. It is not enough to satisfy information requirements of children: they
3
The active media users participating in creation of a content, the audience should be considered not as object of influence and as the subject of interaction, therefore the typological model should be
Interactive, dynamical to develop on the basis of regular monitoring of requirements of target audience. Among the basic forms of interactive interaction meeting in a mass communication, for younger schoolboys and teenagers most effectively the involving meaning the reference to the reader as the co-author, and also the method of the inspiring dialogue assuming interested and most
4
Active direct participation of an audience in material preparation. Cooperation with a nursery is impossible without organizatsionnomassovoj works. Competitions, movements, expeditions, reader's conferences, junkorovskie groups and so forth do not leave readers passive consumers of the information, develop creative abilities. Invented characters in the children's edition is the original reception, allowing to combine requirements of a children's audience for game and entertainment and traditional didactic problems of children's journalism. From the psychological point of view, introduction of the character, whose behaviour simulates dialogue, causes in children, as a rule, counter emotional reaction, dialogue stimulates. At the given stage of personal development of mass-media are perceived by children as dominating means of knowledge of the world. The individual filters which are carrying out critical, selective consumption of the information, for the present are not present. This auditornaja group in bolshej is inspired degree and gives in to a manipulation. In this context especially actually to speak about professionalism and etichnosti regular employees of edition.
The children's periodical press tries to find ways of a survival in the information market. Researcher S.A.Petrov ascertains, that from the reorganisation beginning (1985) and up to the end 1990th the children's editions which have appeared without financing, aspire to expansion of the audience for the account of release of new audio - video - multimedia applications («Kolobok and two giraffes», "Klyopa", etc.), uses of image of popular telecasts («Good night, kids!», "jumble" etc.). An interesting course occurrence of new magazines under the "old" names, positioning continuers of traditions before existing («Children's reading for heart and reason», «New igrushechka», «the Siskin and the Hedgehog», etc.) is represented. Large Russian publishing houses increase quantity of children's magazines for different age groups
(Publishing houses «Cheerful pictures», "Karapuz", «Arguments and the facts», "Azure" etc.); joint publishing concerns with the basic share of the foreign investments, expanding an audience for the account of manufacture of children's, teenage and youth magazines entertaining character (the Publishing house "Slops" are created more often,
«Egmont. Russia. LTD», etc.) [265].
In the conditions of a rigid competition to other resources, pressure of the western children's editions, the limited financial support it is represented to us especially important to consider own possibilities of editions, therefore in the work we have intentionally concentrated on narrower, concrete directions of their work connected with search of new forms and methods of work, revaluation of relations with the reader, specification of a social orientation. These measures also allow to raise quality of children's newspapers and to expand an audience, and without essential monetary expenses. Proceeding from it, consider expedient to designate following perspective directions: introduction of interactive forms of dialogue, development of the amateur press (within the limits of the nonprofessional
Media formations), segmentation of a children's audience, creation of network versions of children's newspapers.
