Transition to the informational society, a dominance of the concept of a postmodernism was caused by considerable conversion in sphere of interacting of crop and media. Improbable complexity of semantic, technological and social systems, loss by them in the course of their development of basic organizational bases, mixture of various principles and styles within the limits of the same system as result of its development - all it has complicated possibility of rational knowledge sotsiokulturnyh processes. Process is aggravated with a trend of many systems and groups to closeness, to meaningly cultivated ezoterichnosti, to blossoming and augmentation irratsionalisticheskih movements.

The crop maintenance varies also. Seeming once strong the cultural hierarchy disappears.
