1. Intertext interaction in a media discourse of the Russian - German ratios, considered from synchronism positions, is organised round the semantic extrema forming referentsialnoe a field of interaction, round subjects of interaction, their mutual estimations.

2. The modern Russian-German discourse shows the big variability in expression of intertext connectivity, than Russian-British because the generalised subjects of interaction of Russia and Germany in a discourse are presented both opponents, and allies so in the Russian-German media interaction of semantic positions it it is possible to ascertain ravnopravnost two lines of intertext contacts (harmonious and disputed).

3. Disputed intertext interaction is structured by an explication of an attack, characteristic for the German semantic position, and the answer to the attacks, reflecting a semantic position of Russia. At disputed interaction stimulating remarks act as charge, reproaches and censures, and reacting - as explanations, exposures, reciprocal charges.

4. At harmonious interaction texts are under construction in a modal framework of approval, support, acknowledgement both in stimulating, and in reacting texts. Harmonisation of intertext dialogue has mutual character: speech markers of harmonious dialogue and the justification of mutual expectations show both German, and Russian semantic positions.
