CONCLUSIONS ON II HEAD

In the given chapter it was put aim to make the phenomenological description of blackmail, having specified its conceptual maintenance taking into account various spheres of its functioning. Following conclusions became result of the undertaken research.

1. Initially having appeared within the limits of legal sphere, the concept "blackmail" for today has passed on a way determinologizatsii and has strongly entered into daily-household sphere of communications, having got value of interpersonal manipulation and emotional influence.

2. The Criminally-legal characteristic of blackmail includes the basic signs: 1) the certain requirement, 2) threat presence. Without them it is impossible to qualify blackmail as criminally-legal action. Thus in legal sense blackmail acts as means, but not crime structure.

3. Blackmail and threat are in rodo-specific relations, thus the concept of threat is a hyperonym for concept blackmail. Any blackmail without fail includes threat, but not any threat is blackmail.

4. Blackmail is realised now in the most various spheres - in political, economic, household, massmedijnoj and other spheres of ability to live of the person. Thus it is important to notice, that many spheres are mediated massmedijnym by a discourse, according to mass-media act as means of actualisation of a phenomenon of blackmail.

5. In sphere of interpersonal daily-household communications blackmail represents a version (manipuljativnogo) the psychoemotional influence directed on the addressee for the purpose of reception of personal benefit (material or psychological) by means of threat.
